Eine tolle, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit Umschwung. Natur pur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sogar ein Feuer machen. Es ist das Geld absolut wert und in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Nice stay, thanks to Małgorzata! The place is small but has necessary amenities - hot water, grill, patio, TV with YouTube. It's quiet despite being near the airport. We got advice on free parking, which is useful as there's only one bus to town/shops. A 40-minute walk gets you to Lidl, Rossmann, Action, Pepco and other stores. Don't expect brand new repairs - it's more like a village house. Bring mosquito repellent, they're bothersome at bedtime.

Dom jest absolutnie przepiękny i przytulny. Panuje w nim rodzinny klimat. Zorganizowaliśmy tam przyjecie komunijne dla ok 15 osób na tarasie i był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Impreza w ogrodzie, na które cudownie bawili się goście od 2 do 80 roku życia. Grill, pizza, kocyki, spacery. Wieczorem przenieśliśmy się do salonu, rozpaliliśmy kominek i rozsiedliśmy się w fotelach. Dom jest ogromny z fajną kuchnią i dużym salonem na dole, a przestrzenią do spania na piętrze - mamy tam 4 czy 5 dużych pokoi, duże łóżko w części otwartej - w sam raz dla rodziców małych dzieci. Na miejscu czuliśmy się jak w domu rodzinnym, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i dużo więcej. Goście po imprezie nie chcieli wracać i sporo z nich zostało na noc i kolejny dzień. W ogrodzie sporo miejsc do zabawy dla dzieci - ślizgawka, boisko. Pani Czesława jest przemiłą osobą i polubiliśmy ją od pierwszego kontaktu. Warto przygotować się na komary i meszki na tarasie. Trudno było nam rozstać się z tym miejscem.

Das Haus und der Garten sind eine wunderbare Oase mit viel Charme. Przemysław war sehr gut zu erreichen, hat auf Sonderanfrage sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend reagiert. Alles lief perfekt, von der Kontaktaufnahme, über den sympathischen Check in bis zum tollen Aufenthalt. Wie schön, dass es diese Adresse in Warschau gibt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

I had a wonderful stay at Antoni's place. The hosts were helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment is well designed, and every single amenity felt meticulous and convenient. There's a food shop about 300m away with just about any ingredients you need for a meal. It's also really close to the Warsaw airport. 10/10

When I read the reviews about this accommodation, I realized that I would feel good here. Because the hosts are very attentive, and if any questions arise, they help to resolve them. And that's how it turned out. Huge thanks for the hospitality. The house has a very convenient location, close to the old town, attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The Wedel café nearby has very delicious hot chocolate. We enjoyed the local cuisine at Zapiecek. At the same time, it’s not too noisy at night. Yes, you can hear cars passing by sometimes. The apartment has everything you might need. The hosts pay great attention to detail. It's comfortable in winter, and the heating can be adjusted. The only downside for me was that the mattress was hard. If you are traveling with a group, note that the hosts have another studio apartment in the same building on the first floor. By the way, it has a very comfortable mattress for sleeping. Thank you!

Zdecydowanie polecam! Mieszkanie z duszą i klimatem ✨ Na wejsciu od razu ujął mnie zapach. Piękny widok z tarasu, czysto i ciepło. Wszystko co potrzebne bylo na miejscu, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Polecam i dodaje do ulubionych ☺️

We spent more than 3 months at Sylwia’s apartment as part of my expat assignment. The apartment is just like on the photos, very stylish and has everything for a comfortable stay. Sylwia was a great host, always responsive, kind and respectful. I highly recommend.

Bardzo piękne , czyste , ciche i ciepłe mieszkanie. Wspaniale urządzone, niczego nie brakuje na krótszy ale też dłuższy pobyt. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ,w okolicy sklepy, fryzjer, kilka restauracji,darmowy parking, fajny widok .

Der Aufenthalt bei Agata war wahnsinnig toll! Sie hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen, uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war flexibel und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war eine richtige Wohlfühloase - angefangen von den vielen Pflanzen über eine super ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu schönen Details in jedem Raum. Eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in einer günstigen Lage, von wo man schnell ins Zentrum kommt oder den Stadtteil erkunden kann. Unser Urlaub war dadurch extrem erholsam und schön - Ich würde defintiv zurückkommen und Agatas Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, blisko do Lasu Kabackiego, w okolicy sporo sklepów i fajnych knajp. Mieszkanie dość duże i wygodne. Brakowało trochę wyposażenia, może ekspres do kawy, toster, część kuchennych rzeczy (olej, przyprawy) by się przydały, no ale to malutkie minusy. Poza tym wszystko super. Polecam.

Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie! Znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, dosłownie 5-10 minut spacerem od ogromnego, pięknego parku. W okolicy jest wiele uroczych kawiarni. Mieszkanie jest czyste, wygląda dokładnie jak na zdjęciach i idealnie nadaje się dla dwóch osób. Gospodarze są bardzo mili – wszystko wyjaśnili, pomogli i doradzili😌

To all positive guest reviews, I want to add: I stayed here in the autumn period for over a month and found it a comfortable and safe place for a long stay. Clean apartment with good quality appliances that worked well. Perfect Wi-Fi connection. Elzbieta as a great host supported me during the whole period and helped even in the case of my problem at the end of my stay. I do recommend this apartment! Piotr's place is a convenient small apartment in a central Warsaw neighbourhood not far away from the city's main attractions. Although small, the flat is sizeable enough for two people. Shops are in the same building, and the bus stop is very close. Helpful instructions from the host.

It was very lovely experience to stay, easy to check-in and shiny clean. All species for home cooking lovers and selection of teas for your enjoyment. Luxury neighborhood with easy transport access. Have a great time with good books and quality rock'n roll! There's home sweet home:)
