Adorable Farmhouse Condo, Best Value in Mammoth!

Very unique, cool, shabby chic farmhouse style condo. Pristine and recently remodeled throughout. Located on the main floor across from the pool (closes in fall) & hot tub and direct parking for 1 car only in front. It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. There is 1 queen bed and a queen size pull out for up to 4 guests. The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

You will love this centrally-located place with short steps to all the dining, shopping, and nightlife of the Village at Mammoth as well as the Westin's amenities including pools and hot tubs. No drive or no hassle needed to find a parking spot (and long walk from there, IYKYK) at the ski slope as the gondola to Canyon Lodge is right across the street. Worth staying here by itself!

Great location! This clean, large, quiet, recently remodeled 1BR condo sleeps 4. You'll love the fully-equipped, open - concept kitchen, remodeled bathroom and brand new furniture. Sleep in luxurious comfort on the King Size memory foam bed or melt into the large couch. This bright, south-facing ground floor corner unit features unlimited wi-fi, a 55” Smart TV and parking is only a few short steps from the front door. Close to skiing, bus, park, bike path, dining, entertainment, fishing & golf.

Easy access to the town shuttle & Austria Hof Lodge restaurant and bar, which features a great happy hour. Condo offers outdoor spa & pool (summer only) gameroom, sauna, covered parking and great views.

Create Magnificent Mammoth Memories! SKI-IN (only during peak season) - 120 Yards to lift - 210 Yards to Ski Lodge - 50 Steps to bar/restaurant Cute & Cozy (710 sq ft) king bed + bunk beds. COMPLEX AMENITIES: Cool pool (seasonal weather permitting), 2 large year-round hot tubs, sauna, pool table. I don’t do this just for the money (though it helps, California taxes are no joke). I truly consider it an honor to host guests during their well-earned trips. Please read my raving reviews.

The parking pass allows you to park one vehicle just steps away from this easily accessible ground floor condo. Keyless entry gives you one less thing to worry about. Pool operates seasonally, usually May-October. Spa is open year-round.

Beautifully remodeled one bedroom one bath condo with underground parking, indoor common area pool & spa, and is just steps away from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area's Village Gondola. The unit is accessed by way of a secure indoor hallway. This condo is about as close as you can get to restaurants, bars & events in Mammoth Lakes. Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
