Great stay at Ocean Isles. The unit was exactly as shown and was immaculate. We really appreciated how clean and spacious it is. The community is completely secure, quiet, and extremely well maintained. People were friendly. The pool is very big, clean, and warm. Plenty of room to lounge by the pool or at the waterfront. Location is convenient to restaurants and stores. We experienced lots of nearby outdoor adventures. I mean, it’s in the middle of the Florida flipping Keys, so it’s paradise! Frank was easy to communicate with and accommodating. He is an excellent host. We hope to return soon and would be very happy with the same unit.

We had a very nice stay. The home was very clean and has one of the best locations on the property being close to the marina, clubhouse, pools, and fitness center. The master bedroom is huge with a very nice balcony and large bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (one on each floor and each with their own bathrooms) are also very nice. The kitchen is very clean with everything you need to prepare a meal if you desire. The main floor living room and balcony are also quite nice. The home also has a box with pickleball rackets, basketball, tennis rackets which is very nice. The units are very close to each other so you do get some noise from neighbors from time to time. The two pools are both very nice and our kids really enjoyed them. The clubhouse game room could use some updates as some of the equipment was not in the best condition. Fitness room is just fine for simple workouts. There is a community gas grill but none for this unit. Overall we recommend this unit.

This property is extremely well done. Every detail was meticulously thought of. The backyard is a private oasis that feels like the tropics. The property is exactly as described. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft. I would stay here again.

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful getaway in the Keys! It was very clean, even up to my picky healthcare expectations! Had everything we needed! A few more towels would have been great but we made it work. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. It was great to know what amenities and products were included and how much up front. The recommendation book was awesome! Beds were comfortable, all tvs worked well. Nice to have cable included too! The pool was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. Very clean facility outdoors as well. The beach area was probably the only disappointment, and out of their control. Just wasn’t as sandy etc. as we thought from pictures. Still very nice. It was also so nice to have a door code and not worry about a key. The neighborhood was welcoming too and safe to go for a morning run. All in all we would highly recommend this condo for your Keys vacation, family or couple! Our family of 6 fit :). Thanks for a great home away from home!

My family had an amazing vacation to the Florida Keys and loved staying in Carmens’s place! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay. We loved hanging by the pool, playing volleyball, golf and ping pong, and cooking dinner out on the grill and in the beautiful kitchen. Access to the dock was great for a fishing charter we took and for looking at manatees. I highly recommend staying here on your upcoming trip to Marathon!

Pedro was extremely helpful and very responsive with communication. We had a few hiccups but Pedro was able to help sort it out. Beautiful house! Beautiful neighborhood! Very relaxing and accommodating for all ages and families! We had our 3 year old and 7 month old with their grandma and we all had a blast. Would definitely return!

in the photographs the pool looked closer to our Airbnb. other than that everything was just perfect. Jason responded right away to any questions I had and made it very easy. I would recommend his place to anyone. thank you so much

Beautiful property with all the comfort of home! Very clean and organized. This was the perfect location and home for our family of 5. We have a 17, 15 and 9 year old, lots of entertainment for all the kids! Best family vacation ever!

We had a nice stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are 3 levels and another outdoor staircase to get up on to the rooftop area. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. The grounds and the pools at the resort were great. We spent most of the days outside. The condo is located in a busy area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There are some basic supplies like small shampoo bottles and some spices for cooking but you will need to bring or buy your own. There are plenty of dishes and cookware between the 2 kitchens but no plastic cups to take outside.
