Vacation rentals with a patio in Monroe County

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

It’s always a pleasure to stay at one of Traci’s places. Everytime I come down, I look for one of her places because I know I’m gonna have a peaceful and comfortable place for the night. She’s always fabulous to talk to, and deal with and ask any questions that you have. Thank you Traci!

Our stay couldn't have been better. Carrie is such a thoughtful host. I've stayed in several Airbnb's, and she is by far the best. While I am sure the place is spectacular in the warmer months, it is in the winter as well. We loved looking at the frozen lake. The area was so serene. It snowed, and they were thoughtful enough to shovel the driveway. They also checked on us to make sure we were ok. The Valentines decorations were so cute. I loved listening to the windchimes! I also appreciated that they were always quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The whole place was spotless. This is the first time I have stayed and felt like it was ok to use the plates and such without washing them first. Everything was perfect, and we hope to go back! We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

Went here for a mother daughter birthday trip for my daughter. I was impressed with how quickly Reyes responded to each and every question. The place was beautiful and perfect for one or two people for a get away. I WILL return in the future cause I could not possibly be more happy with the place. ❤️

Wonderful spot for a getaway, waking up to the sun hitting Lake Erie with all that ice was amazing!

I had a great stay! The location was perfect with a restaurant and corner store nearby. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Good location especially if you like the outdoors. The hosts are great with communication. We’ve stayed here a couple of times.

Great stay nice spot to get away and enjoy the lake

Have to say I was kinda worried. It was last minute and I was scared I would not be able to find a Christmas tree for the kids to have their gifts under. I arrived a little early Eileen was accommodating to my arrival. We opened the door and there in the living room stood a beautifully decorated tree. It almost made us both tear up. I was very sick the entire time I was there but was able t get out 1 day and enjoyed it. The house was relaxing and very comfy. I have to give the main star to Eileen, she was an amazing host and I will definitely be booking with her again. Thank you for an amazing Christmas Eileen!!
