we had a lovely stay at Daniel's house, who is a very welcoming host! The accommodation is very clean and very very well equipped, small touches upon arrival, a nice little garden with sun loungers, it feels like home!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

A beautiful house, clean and well-equipped. We really appreciated the terrace as well as the fenced land, important with dogs (pets allowed, also appreciated). Pergola a plus in rainy weather. Large beds, very pretty and functional bathroom. Warm welcome.

We had a pleasant stay in a safe harbor in the city center. Access to public transport very close. Reymond is a very attentive host for his tenants thank you to him. I warmly recommend this place.

Great place on top of mountain. The house is very clean when we arrive. It easy to find and easy to get in. There is a wine cellar in Joel’s house which is very cool and wine are available for purchase if you ever forget to bring some.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Nice surprise to discover this spacious house close to the lake, surrounded by tall trees, in a quiet area. Nothing was missing to spend our stay with the family. Everything is within walking distance and nearby bus stop to get to Annecy in 30'. Very convenient and safe outdoor amenities for the kids. We recommend an early awakening, a walk along the lake, go up to the bakery "my father's furnace", take the time for a small cafe at the old port and bring the croissants to the family who wakes up gently...

The place was clean, as advertised and the host was super responsive and very kind. The view from the home is amazing very peaceful with the outside. There's even a room overlooking the lake! Small downside to soundproofing. Since it's terraced houses with that of the owner in some rooms we could hear crying, children ... Despite the shared ownership, the owners are very discreet which is very appreciated! But other than that we had a great time! I recommend it.

We had a great stay in Arvière-en-Valromey in Sarah and Claude's cottage to celebrate my in-laws' 60th birthday, surrounded by the whole family: children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren! The cottage was ideal to accommodate everyone: spacious, warm and very well-equipped. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, perfect for getting together and creating beautiful memories. Thanks to the hosts for hosting and availability. A nice break in nature that we're not about to forget! Special mention for the Spa, beautiful and relaxing we had a great time relaxing. We had a wonderful family stay (12 people) at this beautiful residence in Pont-de-Beauvoisin. The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Brigitte is particularly friendly and attentive host, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for memorable moments for families or groups of friends!

The kitchen, functional and friendly, allowed us to make real meals. The bedding is of very good quality. The house was very clean. It's a real good airbnb!

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan

We had a great Easter weekend in Max's beautiful home that we couldn't meet but very responsive to my questions which is really appreciated. We were lucky enough to have 2 days of sunshine, so an aperitif on the large terrace with mountain views, a real joy! In the house, the great room is very friendly, an island to cook it allows you to be all together 🥰 Finally, do not hesitate, if you like the mountains, a quiet house.
