The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

The house is located in the center of the ancient village of Pitigliano, a stone's throw from Little Jerusalem. The town, rich in Etruscan and medieval history, stands on a tufa rock. Nearby, a few kilometers away, there are the thermal baths of Saturnia, those of Sorano and San Casciano Bagni, important archaeological sites, the vie Cave, historic towns, the sea and the naturalistic oasis of the Maremma park are about 45 km away.
