Vacation rentals in Montegiove

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We were guests of Wim for a special occasion and our stay was well beyond expectations! The villa offers a spectacular view of both the mountains and the lake, it offers a beautiful pool with deck chair available, a large green part where you can relax and many beds to spend time together! We recommend all these stays! Wim is an attentive and caring host, super responsive and available for any need. Thank you for helping to make our stay enjoyable and peaceful!

Il Giardino del Uglivi is really a comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and everything was perfect. The description on Airbnb is exactly what we saw during our stay. Two big bedrooms and a huge living area. Perfect bathrooms! It’s important to mention the garden. It was so good for our kids. They enjoyed the playground and the table tennis! About the location, it’s a 10 minute drive to Cortona. But for those with children, Camucia has great playgrounds around 3 minutes by car! Don’t miss them! Certainly we will come back to Giardino del Uglivi as soon as possible!

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Highly recommended, we hope to see you again soon in the future

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful place! Stayed for 5 nights, two families with young children, and felt at home once we got there. We were amazed by the design and surroundings. Not enough words to describe!

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!
