Good Location, Completely Safe, the standalone entrance, so don't bother if you have to go out. Communication is good, clear instructions, clean place, comfortable for a good rest. I'd be happy to go back.

Absolutely lovely stay in Apodaca! Luz Angelica and Arturo are really super hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay.

Jorge os a Greta host and the apartment is as described, perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It is the perfect spot for a stay in a working trip to the most important industrial area in Monterrey, it really takes you away from it all allowing you to relax.

It was already my second stay with Daniela, I can only recommend it. The apartment corresponds to the description, Daniela is always quickly accessible and very helpful. Location is quiet and safe. In the complex there is also a 7-eleven supermarket which is very convenient for small unplanned purchases.
