Master bedroom has a 1.8m wide queen size bed

One of the bedrooms in the house is for rent. It is located on the ground floor. It is a semi-basement, you need to walk down the stairs. The big room has a window and is spacious and bright. Parking is available on both sides of the street in front of the house. There is very little traffic on this road. A bathroom with shower is shared with another guest. The bathroom is located outside the bedroom. Please contact the host in advance if you need to use the washing machine, so that the host can arrange a suitable time for you to use it. The host is just upstairs and can be contacted at any time. My husband and I live upstairs, in February 2024, we just bought a mini puppy, it is only three months old, it does not shed hair, so you do not have to worry about dog hair allergies. The puppy is very smart, if there is an unexpected sound, the puppy will bark twice to remind us to be careful. But it won't disturb anyone's sleep!

A clean 1 bedroom Clarksburg, MD basement apartment is close by Germantown, Boyds, Damascus and Gaithersburg. A rollaway bed is available for 2nd bed option. Perfect for quick personal and business trips or an extended stay. Just 31 miles outside of Washington, DC. Completely private space; there is NO area of this rental space shared with the rest of house. My wife and I occupy the upper two levels as our residence. We are quiet and will do our best not disrupt your peace.

Peaceful Haven

My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. There is always parking available in my driveway. There are a variety of restaurants, groceries and shops close by. I am a warm, friendly person and will do everything I can to help you feel comfortable and welcome during your stay. The listing is in a private home.
