Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In the historic center of Nogent-Sur-Seine, a short walk from the covered market and the Camille Claudel Museum, discover our Audace apartment. Fully equipped, comfortable and carefully decorated studio. Our recently and completely renovated house offers 3 apartments (from 1 to 4 people) with a furnished and shared courtyard, whose universe evokes our vineyard and our profession as winegrowers. During your stay, we invite you to discover our family vineyard and our Champagnes.

"La Ferme de Lou"

"La Ferme de Lou", farmhouse apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Wake up to the gentle sound of my donkey and meet my ponies, goats... Romantic getaway, family vacation or with friends, everything comes together to make these moments enjoyable!

The Little Redwood House

Petite maison indépendante avec jardin et cheminée, située en pleine nature à la lisière de la forêt dans un petit hameau très calme avec peu de circulation. Balades en forêt accessibles directement depuis la maison, sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Des vélos sont disponibles gratuitement sur demande au préalable. Possibilité d’avoir un petit-déjeuner rustique en supplément, à préciser au moment de la réservation.

Châlet with country view

Relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, just 10 min. from the medieval city of Provins! When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Country House

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Extension – Cozy home

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The Lodge

Welcome to this all-wood, eco-friendly lodge, 7 minutes from Provins. Released in early 2025, it accommodates up to 4 people with double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Terrace, views of the fields and children's games. Ideal for a nature break, comfort and sweetness close to a medieval city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
