I would definitely recommend this apartment to visit Paris Very clean, recent amenities in a very good condition. Bus 2 minute walk , that leaves you next to the RER. In addition , 1 small courtyard equipped with table and chairs. Go there with your eyes closed.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She communicates well, and is very accommodating when it comes to check in and check out times. The unit is clean, well located with shops and public transport modes within very easy walking distance, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as a group of 4! Thanks Catherine.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Can't recommend Anne and Jean-Luc's place enough. Great location, very walkable, near a metro line. Exactly as described. Very comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a very local and unique experience. Facilitated early check-in, very communicative and friendly.

I rented this place for my brother and his two kids, fans of video games. They loved their stay, in line with our expectations, the arcade games but especially heroe guitar, the passage in the hot tub, quiet, and watching the game, in the net! Thanks to Alain for his responsiveness and kindness. Next time, I'll be coming with my kids 😉

We had a pleasant stay. Self check-in is very convenient, the instructions are very clear. The place is welcoming and cozy. I really enjoyed it. The internet is limited, wifi would be welcome. The listing says there is no TV but I admit that would be a plus😁. The maisonette is located in a very quiet area. Depending on the outside temperature, the space is a little cold. An extra heater is available. We moved it into the room so we didn't get cold at night. For the bedroom, the mattress is very soft spring, it's not very comfortable. i would still recommend this listing ☺️

we were welcomed very well, the place is very quiet and surrounded by nature, a beautiful garden, beautiful trees, a staircase difficult to climb for our little dog but little by little it was better
