Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Whether you are visiting Bratislava for work or pleasure, you are sure to enjoy your stay at our fully renovated, historic studio loft.

For rent is a loft with a combined kitchen and living room, a workplace, a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious balcony in the courtyard. Fast 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a coffee maker incl. Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

Loft No. 9 on the left in the former workshop building of the grandfather. The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, located at the end of the quiet courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living, a mix of old and new. Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. Infrared deep heat cabin to relax. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

New luxury two-storey Apartment 12 with a new large terrace, overlooking Olomouc and a hot tub. The apartment is located a short distance from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
