Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The apartment is ideally suited for short or longer stays, it is quietly located in the rear area of the courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus in Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for up to 2 people. Industrial flair from then combined with modern interiors. Light domes with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed view of the sky. Livable location, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.
