An old mill, a river and an area full of greenery and nooks and crannies. The unusual interior of the old mill has been transformed into a country residence. Perfect for two or three families for a stay or vacation. The garden along the river is huge and full of surprises, including a water toy for children. There are many places to hide and soak up nature. At the mill, the terrace and bridges go out into the river. There is a large gazebo for a picnic by the river. Email communication. Forget your worries! I offer a cozy, simple house in Podlasie surrounded by meadows and forest. You can commune with the untouched nature in this place. The 100 sqm house, for the exclusive use of guests (max 8 people), is located 500 m from the Bug river. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

Kudelicze 25 is an old country house from the late 1950s, completely renovated with respect for its history. When furnishing it, I kept some of the original furniture, which I restored myself. There is an old barn on the property, and flowers grow around the house, which I take care of in my spare time. Intimate agritourism for those who want to slow down – morning coffee on the terrace, evenings by the fire, birdsong and a silence that can no longer be heard in the city. It's a place where you can truly relax and be closer to nature.
