It has its own private entrance with parking available. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, Keurig and outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing. Only 1.5 miles away from Walmart, Target, and a few restaurants. About 2.5 miles away from Riverside University Medical Center and 3 miles from Kaiser. Lake Perris is about 3.5 miles away.
