This is an upstairs loft apartment with a staircase of 20 steps. Off street parking, internet and tv. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Help yourself to the art & craft supplies during your stay. This is an average upper level apartment in an old historic building. While it’s not “new luxury”, it is spacious and comfy!

We are in the heart of Jacksonville and a short walk or drive to all that Jacksonville has to offer. Walk to food, drinks and activities or just stay and enjoy the space.

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm.
