Very good welcome from the whole team, the place is very cute and tastefully renovated. The rooftop allows you to have delicious breakfast in the sun and the hosts are very available and accompany us without a problem to help us. We struggled to come by car because I didn't think to ask Peter before or park: if you come by car parking is available 2 not very convenient with reliable staff! Marrakech is a real maze but there are gps apps that allow us to guide us. The room was a little small to put all our things down but for 2 days it was enough! Very nice bathroom with bathtub inlaid in the building. A very good stay in short

Terrific! The riad is very beautiful, the location hard to beat, all over a superb place. The biggest asset though is the staff, Mohammed and Said! They will do everything to make it an outstanding experience! Also the Lady who is in charge of housekeeping, she does a perfect job!! Maybe the best riad we stayed at on our 3 week road trip in Morocco! The place is exactly or even better than described in the listing. Thank you!!!

Great riad in the heart of the medina. Staff was extremely helpful, gave lots of recommendations, and always checked on us. We travelled as two solo females, and they arranged taxis to and from restaurants when we ventured out into town and even checked to make sure we were ok when we decided to make an extra stop on the way back to the riad late one evening. Breakfast was fabulous each morning on the rooftop. We were within easy walking distance to shop in the the souks. The only thing I would mention for travelers is that you will need to climb stairs to go to breakfast on the roof, and the room we had was a split level so you had to go up stairs to the bedroom and the sitting area was downstairs. We took advantage of the spa and scheduled hammam services with massage - and both of our ladies were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this riad and I would book it again.

Our stay at the riad was wonderful. The room was very neat and all amenities were provided. The gentlemen in the riad were very welcoming and helpful. They thought along what we could do and recommended us a tour and hammam, which was both very nice! We greatly enjoyed our stay in Fez, thank you!

We can very much recommend Riad Roxanne. Marrakesh is generally not for light sleepers and the riad is not very sound proof, but the riad‘s staff turned off a very loud generator for us during the night so it got more quiet. The room does not offer much privacy – no doors/curtains between bed and toilet – but is very pretty. The mattress was extremely soft. Breakfast is tasty and the pool cozy and beautiful. The best part is the kind staff – special thanks to Yussuf and Amina. We‘d stay here again!

This listing is truly perfect! The riad is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures if not better. The room was very clean and had an air conditioner and private balcony. There was a great pool to cool off in and a beautiful rooftop that gave beach club feels. The roof had an outdoor shower, a couple of cabanas as well as lounge chairs. They offered a large breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed juice. The staff were all extremely friendly especially the host who checked me in, Esme! They gave me a map of Marrakesh and the host showed me all of her favorite places to eat, great excursions and the must visit places in Marrakesh. All in all it is a great riad and I definitely recommend it!

Delightful Riad, in the center of the Medina, making the stay perfect was the availability of the hosts! We were greeted by Hanane, she gave us very useful tips and was always very helpful, a real pampering the breakfast she prepared for us every morning. In the room we had everything you need, a quiet room, a clean bathroom and a tidy common area. I definitely recommend staying in this gem of Marrakech!

Fayçal is a great host. He's very helpful and gives fast responses to anything I asked. The accomodation was exactly as described. The room was cozy and had everything you need. Bathrooms were always clean and the cleaning ladies were very friendly as well. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful Ryad overlooking the dunes, which are also within walking distance of both the terrace, the pool and the balcony of our bedroom. First class staff, great food on site. Dromedary in the doorstep.

At first I booked 3 nights, but in the first hour I was there I immediately booked more! I ended up staying there 11 nights and I was super sad to leave. Staff is super nice, hostel is beautiful and cozy and the rooftop is perfect for training or your after-surf yoga. There is only 1 dorm in the hostel and the rest are private rooms, wich I kinda enjoyed because it makes it easy to meet people and make friends. I met very good friends there and I was really sad to see them go. The staff organized 2 homemade cooking class when I was there and it was so much fun! I even celebrated my birthday there and felt as if I was surrounded by my family. I can't recommend this place enough, I might come back to Morocco just to have the chance to spend a week there again! And cheers to all my good friends I met there! William

Good stay

A super cute traditional Moroccan accommodation😊 The building was previously used for family homes, so the atmosphere is very cozy and old world - not like a modern hotel. Personally I felt so comforted by the smell of the place, a combo of old infrastructure and lavender near the bed and the incense being burned in the lobby. The staff are very attentive and kind as well!

Really nice rooftop with a great view. Easy check in and nice service! :)
