Guests of the apartment 4 can only use it under their authorization or in the event that there are no guests staying in the apartments mentioned above. The hammocks located in the solarium in front of the pavilion are for the exclusive use of guests staying in the apartment 3. If there were no guests staying in apartment 3, guests in apartment 1 have preference for use. The patio or cenador, located between apartments 1 and 3, is for the exclusive use of the guests of apartment 3. This beautiful home is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The same consists of 1 a large and nice entrance entrance hall, 1 bedroom equipped with a large recessed closet, 1 large queen bed ("queen size"), 1 full bathroom which we have also equipped with a modern washing machine, a nice and practical kitchen, a living room equipped with air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable leather sofa bed (suitable for 2 more guests), a dining area and a cozy sunny balcony. The kitchen is spacious and modern, fully equipped with hob, microwave, ample fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc... The house also has leisure and entertainment elements such as free Wi-Fi throughout the home, LCD flat screen televisions, both in the living room, and in the bedroom and set-top box for national and international satellite channels. In addition and as it could not be otherwise, we also wanted to emphasize the safety of our guests and for that we have also endowed our home with security features such as, armored door, security key and safe in the bedroom.
