amazing place , really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend you have the dinner experience while your here, the staff prepared an amazing meal. they have great breakfast too really enjoyed the juice and fresh fruit, but would suggest buying extra eggs incase you have an appetite of having more than 2 eggs like Me. overall loved the room , very cosy and comfortable. perfect location to visit Mateuruni falls. would definitely stay here again while in moshi.

During our visit to Tanzania, we traveled the entire length of Zanzibar; spent weeks on the shores of Dar Es Salam (haven of peace) exploring it''s offerings. But then we came to Mama Simba and Upendo's place. This was our haven of peace. Upendo coordinated just the right activities for both our fifty something year old selves and our family in their early to mid twenties. This was more than a place to stay. They helped to shape an experience. We explored caves and learned local history. We trekked down into a valley to stand beneath the largest waterfall in the region. We picked, shelled, roasted and grinded our own coffee right from a farm. And of course there was "Kili". Each morning we would be greeted with the same warm smiles and a different delicious breakfast. When we scheduled to dine-in they prepared wonderful meals. We were also directed to some great local spots for both casual and fine dining. Inside the villa, the garden was peaceful and beautiful. The weather and the layout combined to have us relaxing outside in the common spaces each evening rather than just rushing into our separate rooms. Family members shared how they were able to read, relax, write, meditate and receive inspiration. The showers were hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. What a great escape. What beautiful people. le kilimanjaro house est mon coup de coeur & un havre de paix 🌸 j'ai adoré séjourné dans cette maison tout était parfait l'acceuil la chambre la déco le jardin avec un excellent petit déjeuner préparer par Thomas il était adorable il nous a fait des succulentes crêpes 😍 le.personnel est discret et très souriant 🙏🏽 J'ai adoré également Moshi il y une énergie tellement apaisante j'y reviendrai c'est sûre si je n'avais pas mon vol retour j y serai rester encore quelques jours .... Unique est vraiment bienveillant et très réactif je recommande ce logement a 1000% vous serai pas déçu Merci encore pour votre belle énergie A bientôt

Emmanuel was a great host. His house was perfect for the four of us: everyone had their own room and private bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was simple, just coffee and crepes, but ample. It’s a short walk to the center of Moshi, though on a busy road. Emmanuel arranged a great guide for a waterfall tour. All in all, a great value for our pre-trek days.

This was our second stay at Kilinest. We enjoyed it as mich, if not more, than the first time. Sam was so helpful, and that enhanced the experience. We lazed by the pool and just relaxed which was what we needed
