You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

The Little Rock house is 950 SQ FT house equipped with 1 Bedroom containing a King size bed, flat screen smart TV, a bathroom with tile shower, sink and toilet. It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining

Everything in the home is new except we kept some of "grandma's" things. The home has a country/farm atmosphere. There is a back patio/porch where you can enjoy the sunsets on the White Cliffs, and a back yard with grass. We would love to have you visit Mona's Place.
