The apartment is only 90 meters from Batsi beach which means 2 minutes walking distance! It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

Agios Petros beach is 500m from the house and in the area there are taverns and a bakery.

It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden.
