We had an amazing time at the hotel, it was such a beautiful location with perfect access to both Gumbet and Bodrum Old Town! The pictures don’t do it justice - it is so nice and you get an amazing view of the bay, the sea, the mountains and the sunset behind them! It is on a hill so has great views even from the ground floor / pool and also provides enough of a walk to burn off all the lovely food / drinks you can have nearby, but there is a taxi rank right next door which is also perfect for getting in if you want quick access to the towns. We were put in the wrong room for the first night but the guys at reception were super understanding and put us in the right room as soon as possible and even refunded the first night super proactively. They were so nice to us so can’t speak highly enough, they even gave us plastic cups etc so we could drink beers next to the pool. There was even a nice local who chucked us a pomegranate from his tree downstairs. Lovely place, I’ll be back!

Nice and calm, the swimming pool was recently redone, the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself is simple and functional, it fits a family of 5 easily. A good pick in this price range.

The location of the house, the convenience, the pool, the ease of transportation were perfect with everything. We felt at home. The occasional smell from the bathroom is a problem of the site, but we did not have any problems as long as the ventilation worked. Fethiye will always be special to us.

The place was very clean and well maintained . Everything was very modern and nicely decorated. There was also a totally nice dog on the premises who took care of us the whole time🥹. We were really very satisfied and would definitely come back! Communication with the host went smoothly and the check-in as well.

My girlfriend and I are very satisfied! We really enjoyed the stay. We particularly liked the overall concept of the accommodation starting with a very nice design, remarkable hospitality and pronounced courtesy. It became clear that everything was worked out and designed with a lot of love for detail. The service orientation ultimately led to a very individual and relaxing vacation. The property is 5 minutes from the beach. It was very quiet, so we could relax well. We enjoyed everything. So, I would like to thank Gizem and her entire team very much.

Anna is very friendly , she was there for us whenever we asked her of anything . the flat is just perfect with a very nice swimming pool . the kitchen is nice as well equipped . i’d say the only disadvantage was a lack of iron and the internet was a bit slow . Kayakoy is very quiet and beautiful yet a little far from Oludeniz and Fethyie ‘ i’d recommend renting a car ‘ . if i to go to Kayakoy again , then definitely i’d pick the same place without hesitation . The house was as it appeared in the visuals, most of what we needed was available. They responded quickly and helped us right away if we needed anything. The house was quite clean, there wasn't even dust anywhere that didn't look like it. The depth and cleanliness of the pool was nice. The dogs in the garden were very sweet, even if you are afraid of the dog, you can easily choose, not in a way that will disturb you. Kayaköy is located, the roads are very winding, but the fact that it is close to the dead sea and the center makes this overlook. There are many restaurants in Kayaköy itself, you can choose for accommodation. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The house is much nicer, clean and spacious than in the picture. You start the day with the fragrance of pine in unique nature and the point where the house is located is close to many beaches and bays. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Ceyhun and his wife Ms. Anna for their hospitality. If I go to Fethiye again in the future, I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed here for 1 month an it was a really nice clean place , excellent location run by a really helpful amazing family . I highly recommend it . I will be staying again soon 🙏🏽

I just chose this place to sleep for one night, it paid off with its affordable price, clean and tidy location is nice

This house has a small garden, the scenery is really nice, and then the road to go out is very beautiful, there is a convenience store around, the host and local people are very good attitude, I didn't find a way to guide me at the beginning. It was a little late for some reasons, and then the host was waiting for us inside the house and we also sent the comforter and bed. The room was very sunny, the temperature was also very nice, and it was clean, but it was a little further away from the station, but I could go out to the Mini bus, and in general, it was more recommended.

Everything was just great. It was definitely worth the money. The pool is nearby, a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The Internet was very weak, but as I understand it, the active tourist part of Turkey has not yet taken care of this. There was no point in bothering the host, nothing can be done about it, fortunately we had mobile Internet. Noisy music from 9 pm to midnight in the bar under the house was very annoying, but if you walk until late, for you this will most likely not be a problem. Of course, it would be good to replace the frying pan, unfortunately, it was not possible to cook anything on it after the first unsuccessful experience, in general, this is also not a problem, since basically everything is aimed at tourists who visit restaurants nearby. The location is next to the sea, the host was always in touch and helped answering questions. A beach without hotel sun loungers can also be found nearby, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
