The legendary Gianmario welcomed us with open arms with enormous friendliness and professionalism, already on the phone you can tell that he is a super helpful person. We stayed in the Andreana apartment, it is a simple apartment but with everything you need in the kitchen as in the rest of the house with some beach equipment available for use. The apartment is very clean and tidy with a great view of the pool which is in the courtyard, also well equipped. In addition to all this, Gianmario does his job as a true professional, offering various tips on what to do and where to go as well as the many amenities for restaurants, tours, etc... I recommend the property as well as the area, and of course I recommend Gianmario!!!

Apartment complete with every comfort that a vacation requires. Excellent welcome, discreet, but still present in case of any requests, cleanliness and order in the house very accurate. We also found basic necessities such as oil, vinegar, salt, fresh water, coffee pods, candy and chocolates... in short, everything is really very welcome!!!!! The villa has all a Holliday house needs. Spacious open floor plan with beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Perfect living area around the house where you can sit everywhere to catch the sun. A perfect spot for a family Holliday.

Our stay at Giulianos Apartment was perfect! The apartment is situated close to the center, everything is about a 10min walk away. Theres a lot of parking possibilities around the area. The apartment is well equipped and modern, bigger than what the pictures portray! The huge terrace is great to have breakfast in the morning. Luca, Giulianos friend, made us feel very welcome and let us check in earlier and sent us a lot of useful tips and recommendations. Even provided mats for the beaches where its mandatory. All in all, great stay and no complaints. Would definitely come back!

Great location, spacious house, sun terrace (without shade) with great views of the village, beach and sea. Helpful and easily accessible host, a few minutes to the beach with numerous restaurants. Quiet, good access. Immediately behind the house, it has two masts with mobile antennas, and another apartment is rented in the basement of the house. It has space for 3 vehicles, but no shade. The beds, mattresses and linens are modest but ok. For this, it has more than enough bathrooms, which have good construction quality. In the kitchen there is everything you need and there are several large refrigerators.

Such a beautiful place overlooking Castelsardo!! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and loved the location and amazing view! Would love to visit again

Antonello's house is in a strategic position, close to the center of Alghero, but at the same time in a not too chaotic point. The house is nice and well cared for. The swimming pool was definitely appreciated by our kids. The outdoor area for eating (always well shaded) is interesting. Bikes are very useful,even if it takes some maintenance. Unique mole: parking (however declared by Antonello): it is a little tight for those who,like us,have a station wagon. On the street,not too far away, you can still find a place.

10 out of 10 points, couldn't get any better. Top location, super clean, great view of the sea, very quiet, everything you need in the apartment (incl. Umbrella for the beach and beach mats). The terrace is a dream! The welcome were fresh flowers on the table, a bottle of wine and Sardinian pastries - how sweet that is please. The host is always available immediately and responds immediately to all needs, problems are resolved immediately. Important also: the Wi-Fi is super fast, there can also be 4 people on the internet at the same time. We already had this differently with a place to stay. We will be back!

We had a really great time staying at Andrea's place! Everything was super modern and totally cozy – we immediately felt comfortable. Even though we were there before the peak season, everything we needed was there. Our children had as much fun as we did – the location in the middle of nature was just perfect for relaxing and discovering. A big thank you to the hosts for the great tips – we will be happy to come back!
