Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

We cannot say enough about our time in Sveti Stefan at Dragan’s place! The view was even more spectacular than the photos on the listing (the best view from an Airbnb we’ve ever been in) and Dragan’s family that lives in the upper unit are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel instantly at home. As two women traveling, we felt so safe here, and the WiFi worked well for taking Zoom calls for work (work with a view). I would recommend Dragan’s place to everyone visiting the Budva/Sveti Stefan region—don’t bother with all the hotels, Dragan’s is where it’s at!!!

Olga was a great host and her home was a peaceful spot close to everything in Tivat.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

Absokutely recommend this amazing space! This place was not only incredible for its views, but the home was so well curated by an expert host! Krsto had so many special touches for his home and was generous with stocking special welcome beverages and fruits. I LOVED the outdoor space where we welcomed everyday with a big breakfast prepared in a fully stocked kitchen.

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

Had a great vacation at Philip and Jovanka's villa. Both are lovely people, very friendly. We ordered breakfast and dinner through them and it was excellent!! The villa is very spacious, we were several families, a total of 17 people and the division of the villa was very suitable. The division into several spacious apartments and in addition a very wide and large dining room where we could all eat our meals together. The pool is lovely, very spacious although due to the weather we did not use it. The villa is a short drive from large supermarkets and about 15 minutes from Tivat airport. was very successful. Many thanks to Philip and the whole family!! Highly recommended

Christofer was an outstanding host and the villa is something quite special!!! We loved the views and being right on the water. The inside has a wonderful Scandinavian aesthetic and it was spotless! We made amazing memories and are so grateful to have stayed in such a lovely space and location!!

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

Wonderful place. Never felt so much privacy. The view is stunning. If you are coming in the direction from Zagreb, don’t listen to Google maps on the shortest route. Go all the way down to the roundabout, take the third exit and go up the hill. Mario is super responsive and will always guide you via WA text or even call if you get lost - especially about the light switches. 😁

This is a charming villa by the sea. Drasko(Ranka's spouse) was a wonderful host . He went above and beyond for us, providing us with local suggestions and being helpful with whatever we needed. We'll love to come back again and again.

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von dem romantischen Ambiente und von dem beheizten Pool. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Ana was a perfect hostess. We were supposed to be there 6 people, but only 2 of us made it, because our flights were cancelled. She offered us to reschedule our stay without us asking. Sadly we couldn’t do that.. She has waited until very late for our friends check in no questions asked. At least two of our friends had a chance to enjoy their stay and they loved it. Thank you Ana!
