Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be happy to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d 'Or, this typically Burgundy hamlet and surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.
