Apartment in renovated farmhouse

2020/21, we completely renovated my grandparents' old farmhouse with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large holiday home. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or recreational vacationers will now find their place to feel good. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 2 years of age. For this, I ask for a preliminary inquiry. You can park directly in front of the door in the large courtyard.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Vacation home "Eifelhaus"

This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

On the edge of the Hohes Venn, our cozy apartment offers the ideal opportunity to relax in the vast nature. The apartment has a separate entrance and a protected terrace so you can enjoy your vacation in peace. A shelter is available for your bikes. Our apartment is located directly on the Kaiser-Karl hiking trail and offers a place to feel good. The Ravel bike path invites you to cycle. Modern, light-flooded, well-maintained apartment with a view of the Venn. Separate entrance house number 13b. On the 2nd floor is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with baby cot. Our sofa bed for two more people is located in the gallery. Hikers and cyclists are only 300m from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the nearby area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt and Vogelsang Castle.

Cozy apartment for two people located in Ovifat, on the edge of the Hautes Fagnes, at the top of Belgium, close to Malmedy, Robertville and its lake, Spa, Montjoie or Francorchamps. A wide range of cultural and outdoor sports activities await you and will allow you to discover the facets of our bucolic landscapes, our forests, green meadows and our High Fens! You can also enjoy our local and traditional gastronomy.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
