Vacation rentals with beach access in Mylopotas

Firstly many thanks to Vicky (Biku in Greek alphabet) for her fast responses and clear information. Also her friend Roula was just so kind and helpful and went well beyond any notion of "service". The property was as described with wonderful views over the beach, port and Santorini beyond. It was very well equipped (there is no television which I did not miss). Spotlessly clean and very quiet and relaxing.

Σας παρακαλώ εμπιστευτείτε μας και μείνετε σε αυτό το υπέροχο καινουργιο και καθαρό σπίτι. Έχει τα πάντα όσα χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι για να σας κάνει να περάσετε υπέροχες διακοπές. Όλα καινούργια και πεντακάθαρα. Οι οικοδεσπότες του Ο Επαμεινώνδας και οι γονείς του θα σας κάνουν να νοιώσετε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Υπέροχοι και καλοσυνάτοι άνθρωποι έτοιμοι να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειάζεστε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. Ανυπομονούμε για το επόμενο καλοκαίρι να βρεθούμε και πάλι εκει. Υ.Γ. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες.

Så snällt att erbjuda transfer från vårt första boende på ön. Kommunicerade skriftligt och sedan via mobil när vi missade att svara. Kändes hemtrevligt och boendet hade en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Uteplatsen var mysig och vi fick besök av både en glad hund och en snäll katt. Det finns sköns solsängar i bästa läge som vi tyvärr inte nyttjade. Köket fungerade för matlagning, vissa redskap saknade vi dock. Det fanns gott om hygienartiklar att tillgå, bekvämt. Boendet ligger nära strand, klippbad och restauranger, relativt brant men kort uppförsbacke på hemvägen. Sovdelen i boendet kändes lite trång och instängd. Sammanfattningsvis trivdes vi väldigt bra och njöt av utsikten under våra 3 dagar här.

La casa corrispondeva a quanto visto nelle foto, buona posizione e ottima veranda in cui rilassarsi e mangiare. George è un ottimo host, molto gentile e disponibile ci ha accolti e fatto sentire a casa nella sua amata isola. Consigliatissimo

We’d really like to keep Ioanna’s place a secret it’s so good!! However that’s not fair. Everything about the apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, great little kitchen, comfortable bed but the crowning glory a view to die for. If that’s not enough the hosts Ioanna and Michalis are the loveliest people. Both from IOS they are truly experts on the island and provided such useful information on eating out, shopping, beaches and walks. But shhhh don’t tell anyone else about Heliopetra or they’ll all want to go there!!

Great house, location and host very responsive

Με μια λέξη , φιλοξενία . Από την ώρα που κλείσαμε το σπίτι ο Δημήτρης φρόντισε να μας κατατοπίσει , να μας ενημερώσει για την παραλαβή από το λιμάνι αλλά και ότι άλλο χρειαστήκαμε . Υπέροχο μέρος και πολύ όμορφοι άνθρωποι . Η ιδιωτική παραλία μπροστά στο σπίτι είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος για να ηρεμήσει ψυχή και σώμα . Ευχαριστούμε τον Κ.Γρηγόρη για την φιλοξενία και την αγάπη που μας έδειξε . Καλή αντάμωση .

We loved our stay. The pool area and views from it and our balcony area really were beautiful, over a dramatic crevice/valley and out to the Aegean Sea.. Given that we stayed at the end of the season there were very few people, so we often felt like it was all ours. The rooms are small but well designed with a good area for cases and a hanging rail. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable we’ve experienced across our stay of 10 days in Greece. I don’t know why the beds are so hard in Greece. We had a verandah with table and chairs and this really opened up our space, great views too. The bathroom was also compact, but brand new and very nicely put together. The pool bar made great coffee and a seriously good chicken burger with potato wedges. The greeting and pick up at the port by Marisha (not sure I have the spelling right) was warm and friendly. We asked for a kettle etc as the room did not have one and nothing was too much trouble. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Nous avons régulièrement communiqué, son aide a été précieuse, amicale et très professionnelle , hyper réactive, elle nous a fourni tout au long de notre séjour des conseils précieux. Merci pour votre patience ! l'accueil par ses parents a été extrêmement sympathique et chaleureux ! que dire de l'appartement ? ce n'est pas un appartement mais une maison de village traditionnelle mitoyenne avec beaucoup de charme , d'authenticité, propreté et confort irréprochable, nous y sommes restés 1 semaine, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à la maison ! il y a vraiment 2 zones de couchage distinctes . les terrasses sont splendides, parfaites pour observer le ciel étoilé l'île est spectaculaire, traditionnelle, authentique avec de jolies balades à faire depuis la maison ! des bars et des restaurants tout près tout en étant au calme. Merci margarita d'avoir mis cette adorable maison à la location , j'espère que nous nous recroiserons !

I was extremely pleased with my stay in Ios and George was a great host. He picked and dropped us off from the port which was extremely valuable provided the port is a good 20min walk from the accomodation. The accommodation provided everything we could need and was in a picturesque location with a nearby beach. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to visit ios.

Excellent place so quiet and peaceful and easy walk to beach, restaurants and bus to town. Such a lovely host family they were all so kind and accommodating! Very well kept apartment! Will def be back! 💫

Marita è stata molto attenta e amorevole. Rispetto ai soggiorni precedenti in varie isole greche, la differenza notevole con lei è stato trovare nell’appartamento tutto il necessario per farci stare bene perché lei sapeva meglio di noi cosa ci sarebbe servito! Top le sue marmellate!

Modern apartment in a secluded, quiet location with breathtaking views! Super convenient, only 5 min from the centre. Great host!

Probably my best airbnb experience I have ever had. Kyriakos is an amazing host, he received us from the port and drove us to the hotel directly. He clearly explained to us the city of Chora and how to get around from/to the hotel. The hosts were always there if something was needed. We rented ATVs and the host took care of the reservation for us and drove us to the ATV place. Best airbnb experience and totally recommend

we couldn’t be happier with our stay in ios!!! our hosts nick and nancy were superb, they picked us up from the port and drove us to our accomodation. when we got to the property, they really took their time to walk us through it and give us local recommendations, and were so responsive and attentive throughout our whole trip, they even booked a taxi for us one day and drove us back to the port on our last day!!! the property itself was simply immaculate. it was so spacious, clean and had plenty of natural lighting, and a massive outdoor area which was perfect to chill and enjoy the stunning views surrounding the property. plenty of amenities, and amazing value for money. the location was also walking distance from the port and chora - we couldn’t have asked for more, thank you nick and nancy 💗💗

L’emplacement de l’appartement est magnifique, avec vue sur la mer et une plage accessible à pied en contrebas de la petite route. La plage est calme et belle. L’appartement est entièrement rénové, joli, agréable, bien équipé et confortable avec une belle terrasse aérée pour manger. Nous avons adoré le calme, la beauté des lieux, l’aspect authentique du village, où on mange très bien. Argyris a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons loué une petite moto chez Maria pour se déplacer, ce qui est recommandé car l’île est tout en pentes et les routes petites. C’était facile et agréable. Prévoir un taxi pour vous mener du bateau au logement à l’arrivée. Nous rêvons de retourner dans cette maison!

Philippo e Julia sono stati fantastici! Estremamente disponibili e soprattutto pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno fornito tantissime informazioni sull’isola. Il punto forte della casa è sicuramente il terrazzo, grandissimo ed è molto bello guardare i tramonti. La zona è centrale, ci sono molte attività vicine ed è facile spostarsi a piedi. Super consigliato!!🫶🏻

Amanda’s Cycladic Home is simply a perfect place to stay in Cyclades! Everything was perfect and I would absolutely book it again for my stay in Ios. Thank you 🧿 🩷

We spent 3 nights here! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was nice and clean, and basic. Lovely location too, close to the beach/bars/restaurants and so easy to get the bus into town and the port.

Julia welcomed us at the port and during the short walk to the apartment she gave us a lot of local recommendations. She was so lovely and started of our time in Ios so positively. Apartment and bathroom is small but we did not find it inconvenient. Great location.
