My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. The host is extremely helpful and informative from the moment I booked the villa a month prior to my visit. We had a great experience at this villa. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was perfectly arranged – it felt like a real home away from home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and the private pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. The host was incredibly friendly, always responded quickly, and gave us so many great tips to explore Pattaya and the surrounding area. + very responsive host + a lot of rooms + short way to the beach + good place for one or two nights + good places to buy seafood not far away but you need a car

Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Aishah’S place really felt like somewhere that a lot of time could be spent despite only staying for one night. The place was Very comfortable, has everything needed to feel like home and Aishah was really responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

Nice apartment on the 23rd floor,chic view of the bay, bombs sunsets! Sometimes there is a smell of sewage, but it looks like it happens throughout the condo. The price is a little overpriced, the furniture is also not the first freshness, but in general the host was a very responsive person.

Was noisy most night I was out so didn’t realise but when I was back early bars around the music and all was noisy

Sirin was very helpful and responsive when needed.

In short, a place you only want to know!

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

Very well in order apartment. Looks like the pictures. Slightly quieter location a 15 minute drive from pattaya. Nice beach in front of it.

We were in several rooms in this Condo. This one is the best. There is everything you need including bathroom and kitchen amenities. Everything is new. Change of linen and cleaning every week. In addition, the hostess kindly checked us in earlier than the check-in time. And then I let you check out a few hours later. It is very valuable to feel such a reverent attitude towards yourself.
