This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Endast 10 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Kollektivtrafiken avgår ständigt från busstationen som ligger på 2 minuters avstånd från bostaden. Här bor ni såväl nära naturen som stadens puls. Lägenheten som är på 80 kvm ligger på bottenplan av vårt suterränghus. Bostaden har egen ingång, är fullt utrustad. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet

Hjärtligt välkommen till vår mysiga lägenhet i ett lugnt område nära Stockholm. På gångavstånd finns både sjö och hav, fin natur, en bra restaurang (The Old Smokehouse) och en matbutik. Bra kommunikationer till Stockholm. Busshållplatsen ligger i slutet av gatan och det tar 20–30 min att ta sig till och från Slussen. Vi är en svensk-fransk familj som även pratar tyska och engelska. På förfrågan finns även möjlighet att beställa frukost och att hyra cykel.

Välkommen till eget, enkelt och litet boende i natursköna Kummelnäs. Området ligger i Nacka och är ett lugnt och vackert område med naturreservat och badsjöar nära intill. Stugan är 18 kvm och enkelt möblerad med en större säng (140 cm bred) ett välutrustat kök, en wc/dusch och egen uteplats. Perfekt för dig som vill bo naturskönt och lugnt men ändå nära huvudstadens utbud och puls.

Here you can enjoy nature or the city life or why not, both! You will be staying in a separate apartment at the 1st floor, in an unique wooden villa from 1873, by the lake. Just across a large nature reserve. 5 minutes walking distance there is a large shopping center with resturants and shops. Busstop at 200m, 15 minutes to the city center. Welcome!
