Vacation rentals with beach access in Nafplion

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and functional and the views are stunning. We loved having our breakfasts in the sun on the terrace. And on top of all that, the welcome is super warm.

Great apartment. Very clean, and fully equipped with everything you will need, from kitchen items to first aid kit, beach towels, the lot. Very helpful in recommendations of local beaches and restaurants. location is ideal. Would definitely stay here again. highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Antonis Place. Especially the view was stunning and his father Theodoros made sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely recomend staying at Antonis Place. If we have the possibility to come back in the future we will!

Theocharis is a wonderful host and was very communicative. The house is located 2 minutes from the beach, close to different types of restaurants, and in General Tolo is about 15-20 minutes drive from Nafplio. In addition the house is very big, and would easily fit to large families. The only thing that was a bit challenging is the mosquitoes during our stay. I would emphasize that almost every window has a mosquito net installed, which made it much better to handle this case. Highly recommended!

We stayed two days in the accommodation of Vangelis and Maria. It was like in the photos. It was like in the photos. We stayed in the house in front of the pond. It was beautiful. We were also lucky and although the pool was shared we enjoyed it most of the time as private. For Vangelis and Maria I have no words about how good hosts they were and how they responded to whatever we wanted!!!

If you want to experience the true Greek hospitality in Nafplio, this is the place to stay. I spent 5 nights at this lovely house, and I felt like this was my home in Nafplio. Upon arrival, Kosta and Eleni were waiting for me at the front. There was a home-made cake and cookies from Eleni and a bottle of wine produced by a local winery. The place was equipped with everything, and impeccably clean. What impressed me the most was that, immediately upon entering the house, I could tell that they really care about the house and the guest’s stay. They were always available if I had any questions. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the Old Town, which I always left my car in front of the house. The area is extremely safe at all hours. They both live upstairs with their family, so I felt very safe while having the entire house to myself. I will definitely stay at Kosta’s house the next time I visit Nafplion. If you don't mind walking 1.1 km to the beginning of the old town (partly uphill) then this home is great. It is located in the Pronia area - which is completely different from the old town. Kind of like a city in the countryside. The accommodation itself sits picturesque at the end of an alley and opposite the cute church of Agios Panteon and the special mountain church is built into. It has Entrance from the alley and large terrace in the other direction that is partly surrounded and partly has nice views of the city and over the water and Bourtzi. (When we were there, that view was unfortunately obscured by a plastic that the neighbors seemed to have buckled up). A plus for sunbeds on the patio. Very clean, fresh and newly renovated apartment that is incredibly well equipped with, for example, sharp knives, proper toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts with lots of welcome gifts.

The place is brilliant, the equipment of the cottage is very rich, a great view from the terrace to the sea, and to the beach a few minutes walk. A great place to recommend :)

When I come back to Nafplio I will repeat here. just 10 minutes away by car, quiet, beautiful, relaxed, with barbecue, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen... everything you need!

Really good place to stay in Napflio, with a very nice terrace. The location is wonderful, it’s 5 minutes walk from the sintagma plaza, we walked everywhere!!! It’s also really close to the beach. It’s just perfect for 5 people. ❤️

What a wonderful apartment! We found parking easily around the corner and were met by the very nice and charming Kostas. He showed us around the apartment and left some treats for us including local wine. The patio is fantastic. It has lovely views and is quite private and safe. The patio door from the bedroom has a screen so we were able to sleep with the door open and experience the cool night air. The apartment is larger than the photos, especially the patio. I appreciated the cleaning supplies and cooking supplies left for us. It’s a lovely place and hopefully we’ll visit again. Nafplio is beautiful and this apartment made the visit perfect.

Nancy welcomed us herself, and provided thorough communication throughout our stay, which was very appreciated. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and about a 10 - 15 walk to old town.

We were satisfied with the accommodation, we stayed here for 10 days. There is a half privàt beach in front of the listing, which is very nice and calm, and there are shaded areas from noon. There are lots of good beaches nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. Parking was possible in a closed courtyard, which is also an advantage. We were with a baby, we also got a crib, a high chair, and a tub. And the proximity to the beach made it very easy. The property and its garden are clean and well-kept. It also has a cozy little garden. We'd love to come back and recommend it to others:)

Our stay was in total quite good and the apartment was as they described it to us. It is fully renovated and especially the bathroom is very very good. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and raw materials for cooking such as oil, but pepper, etc. However, the space is not well insulated at all, so it is difficult to sleep at night since the neighbor stayed until 02:00 in the morning on his terrace and the speeches could be heard in the room. The door also has a window that can't be covered so light gets into the room and it's extremely difficult to be able to sleep on the couch. The couch is not at all convenient for sleeping as you feel the irons underneath. The neighbors smoked from the morning in so you couldn't open a window as the smoke came in. The internet also has a serious issue as speeds are minimal to non-existent.

Location is perfect for families. A quick 5 minute walk brings you to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants or to the port for a beautiful walk along the ocean. Even though it’s so close to all the things, it feels a bit quieter and less crowded. The apartment t itself is just as pictured and was everything we needed and more. The large beautiful floor to ceiling windows were my favorite part- bringing sunshine and a bit of cool wind into the apartment was lovely. It was peaceful to sit on balcony at night and look up and see the lit up fortress!
