Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Our villa is preferred by those who seek calmness in the winter months, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees, 5 minutes walking distance to the deep blue sea. In the summer months, when you leave the house and walk 30 m down, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house has 3 floors. There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

CUMBALICA BOUTIQUE HOTEL, consisting of 16 1+1 suite apartments, was built by a Greek musician in the 1800s, restored in 2000 and opened in May 2022.
