A great place to stay, I would say it was even better than the pictures. The apartment was very cozy and well organized. The shower and bathtub were top notch, even better than expected, and the balcony was also very nice. The complex was private, secure and surrounded by trees. Communication with Andressa was smooth, and she was very accommodating. We would definitely come back more times.

We rented the apartment for a month, and we had a great stay. The apartment is small, but bright and functional for two people. The location is excellent - a short bus ride to the city center, and a 15 minute walk to the lakeshore. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk, tho the apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Relight across street from lake. Very close to a supermarket. Yum! Had a medical issue which Karin gave free advice around. Much appreciated.

The place was very clean and had the most beautiful view. The host had chairs and an outlet so you could enjoy the view with a warm mate in hand. The best part is that the room stayed very warm our entire stay! It was cozy and had all the amenities listed. We especially loved the bath tub. It has jets and was a great way to defrost after being outdoors all day. There were also excellent restaurants nearby like Stag and lots to do in the town nearby. Overall, if we visit we will definitely be staying here again!

The house is a dream, it catches you and you don't want to come back haha. Juan and Sofía were always attentive and predisposed to any situation. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We were 10 adults and 2 children and there was room left over. Very quiet place and above all that has a view of the lake and access to Lake Nahuel Huapí is priceless!

Silvi and Lautaro very friendly with us, the house a luxury, had everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to everything we need, whether it's supermarket, grocery, butcher, bars, pharmacy, etc. Also at the end of the street where the house is located there is a descent to the beach, very nice everything.

Having poured into the South about 6 or 7 times, I can attest that the view of this house is something out of the ordinary. In summer where it gets at night at 10 pm you take advantage of the view of the lake from when you wake up to when you go to sleep. The house is old but very well equipped, customer water and heating work perfectly. The location is excellent as it is 10 minutes from downtown by car and very close to Route 40 which gives you access to several lakes, rivers, trekking and so on. Nicolas was attentive from the day we rented and during our stay until we left. We'll be back!

Our stay was super gracious, Joaquin's family welcomed us very well, the cottage super nice, super clean and has everything you need, in addition the environment is very nice, the space is safe and quiet, if they go by car they have the beach, the supermarket and what they need very close by. In addition, within the premises Viva Mora, a very loving dog that my niece is charming🐶 Thank you so much for the good weather, we are very happy back ☺️

The house is very nice and spacious. It has many rooms so it facilitates the location of large groups (more than one family, boys, etc.) The park is spectacular. The house is old and requires some maintenance and cleaning details. It has a very good location for those who want to be separated from the city (about 20 minutes from Bariloche), a few meters from Lake Gutierrez, and with very good access to Route 40 with exit to the south. Manuel took care of us very cordially, and has the support of Rafael who lives next to the house and is cordially available.

The stay was very comfortable and the communication was very good, we had very pleasant times as a family.

The house is beautiful with amazing views on the lake. There’s also a garden with fruits berries and vegetables that our toddler enjoyed. Walter is great. He helped us a lot when we had a medical issue with our infant son, which we are very grateful for. Walter is easy to talk to, he always responds promptly and helps with any issue you might have.

Ana was always very responsive and helpful, language was a bit of a barrier but we managed to work it out

Great apartment, just like it appears in the pictures. Very well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook! Super comfortable for one couple, or even including a child. Location is just superb, beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely stay again :)

Nico and Caro super friendly, they waited for us for having had flight delay. The super comfortable dpto for us 2. Bathroom, shower power, heating and fan (touched us days of 30 degrees), super comfortable bed, everything as expected. Super recommended. I hope to be back soon!!

We loved the stay, the communication with Patrícia was great, she recommends good places nearby and everything is really close to hosting.

We arrived at the accommodation on a rainy day and from the 0 minute they were super friendly and attentive, both Florence and Laura. The apartment is divine, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. There is flexibility for both check-in and check-out times. The only thing to take into account is the climb up to the apartment, which will be 200m but is also not so steep. We felt at home. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great time there and absolutely recommend it.
