Sean is a great host. His Villa is Brand new. Sean was very helpful whenever we had an issue it got solved right away. The Villa was very clean.

It's terrifying ~ ~ ~

We were relaxing with friends. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool was cool and cleaned several times during our stay. The host was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Trash was picked up every day. There is a great coffee shop near the house where you can have coffee and there are also lots of shops around for groceries. The location is convenient, you can quickly get to any part of the city. When we arrived, the host prepared us cold water and fruit, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this host's villa.

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

The space was spectacular. one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed in vietnam. Only thing there’s nothing close by because it’s in a gated community but i’d defs stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely house

Loved staying in La’s place. The place looks exactly like the photo which is bright and calming. Host is very responsive and provides clear instruction and shop recommendations near her place. La’s place is very convenient, it’s just walking distance to the beach, restaurants, massage and shops. Besides La’s place are actually local houses. It’s interesting as some set up food stall right in front of their house and we see some gathering and having drinks outside their house at night. We are a group of 13. La’s place is what I’m looking for. There’s 2 big beds in each room so 2 people can share a bed comfortable. Each floor has 2 bedrooms so for parents with young kids, it’s like a connecting room and you can see your kids. La’s place is also well sound proof. Even though we have 13 people, we do not hear each other noises. The water pressure when bathing is also great even when multiple people are showering. I will book this place again if I’m back in Danang.

Great place very close to the beach, many places around. The city is also close. It was very clean and a big plus for the mineral water to drink.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. Very beautiful property and the hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet gifting us a birthday cake for a friend, would highly recommend staying here if you are in Da Nang.

I rented a private house for a family trip of 10 people and stayed for 2 nights. It was near My Khe Beach, so the location was good, the accommodation was tidy, and there was a bathroom in each room, so it was comfortable. I was more satisfied because the price was on the cheaper side. I intend to visit again, and I recommend it.

It was a pleasant stay and everything was neat and clean. Our host was living right next to us and he checked in everything every day asking if we needed something and helped us out with. There was a pomelo tree on the property and we were allowed to taste one. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, as everything was in walking distance. :)

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

We stayed for a couple days and we would come back anytime. We loved it and everything was perfect. It has a romantic ambience and you can choose between staying home, there is a pool and you can easily relax or you can also spend some time on the beach, it is only a couple minutes by walking. And the old town you can reach easily by taxi (or Grab). So everything you need ist super close. Quyen was verry friendly and helpfull. They do also laundry for a fair price. So I highly recomend this place❤️

We’ve been there for originally 4 nights but extended for one night because we felt very comfortable in the apartment. It’s clean, we had many towels, a washing machine and a big shower. He also organized us bicycles that were brought to the apartment. It was 30.000 per day which is good price and was so convenient since we were able to go to the beach and cycle through the city. Also a quite area. Staying at that apartment in Hoi An is definitely a good choice!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The premises hold a large well kept garden and a traditional Hoi Anese house that has been modernised. There was lots of space and it was all very clean and comfortable. This is definitely a more unique place to stay than the other options in the same neighborhood. We'll be back!

I stayed at Jack's place for a month and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The place was well set up, clean and consistent with the description. The internet was stable and fast. Jack contacted me before check-in and messaged me during my stay to ensure everything was going well. The area is nice and quiet, and it's only a quick walk to the beach, good restaurants and a well-stocked mini mart. If you want more people and places to eat, it's a 10 minute walk along the beach or road to the more touristy area of An Bang Beach. There are plenty of Grab drivers for the short trip into the Hoi An Old Town area. Overall, a good time, and I have no hesitation in returning or recommending Jack's place to others.

This was a great place for a group travelling. A bit noisy from the street, but easy to get used to. I would stay again. Great local markets nearby

Okay villa is amazing, the house is unique as is the setting and perfect for a group of friends or a family, as we are. It has loads of restaurants but in a rural setting, chickens and chicks just outside and whilst you walk around the narrow alley’s you see the fishermen fixing their nets and preparing for the night ahead. It is as stated a 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main shopping street, where if you wish get Taxis to Hoi A for a very reasonable price. The house is as in the pictures and very clean with a very open feel, which is great from barmy days and nights. The pool is great for an early morning dip or sunset swim. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Quan was very responsive and sorted any issues that we had promptly and was happy to offer advice from local restaurants to tailors in Hoi An. We loved it! Would recommend 100%
