Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nam Từ Liêm

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. This stay was perfect for our group of six - it’s in an excellent location (private away from the main street). The entrance is down an alley that is well lit and there was clear instructions on how to check in. It is set across four levels so you have to be good with stairs (the first room is on the entrance level). All the rooms are furnished beautifully and the top level also has a balcony that has washing facilities. Overall a really great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

Great location and comfortable stay right in the heart of the Silk District

Ruby and Bill were extremely friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Only draw back was it’s on the first floor. We have knee pain so we had to plan well to avoid going up and down. But the beautiful house made up for the stairs 😄

Very clean and spacious apartment as advertised and close to Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Unlike the usual business establishment, the three of them whom I met had an air of close family. One evening I had a terrible misstep into a turd while picking up dinner on my way back to the hotel. The receptionist immediately asked what was wrong when I walked in carrying my left shoe. I was going to go clean it myself but he took the shoe and sprayed it clean for me. I'm very grateful to him!

It’s an amazing stay! The host is super nice and friendly. It’s worth the price to stay and nearby there’s plenty of marts and cafe to go to.

They responded really quickly and listened to all requests for using the accommodation in general, such as cleaning requests in the middle, requesting an additional card key, and airport drop-off service. I am willing to use it again next time.

I had the most pleasant stay here, location is quiet and easy accessible to city. The apartment is very nice, clean, fully equipped and comfortable, It's like being at home. The staff is super gentle and attentive. It is worth for coming back next time !

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

This is 1st time, i'm come there.It was nice to see this host. He is thoughtful and hospitality. Just talking is too great to stay at this Apartment, it is very comfortable and very beautiful rooms. We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Villa for my 50th and although I didn't meet hosts Pham or Hong in person, did feel well looked after through messages and by the on-site housekeeper. The heated outdoor pool is amazing and we loved the sauna and the fire pit too. Lovely bedrooms with large comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. It really is an amazing property. For people that love a lot of privacy and independence. First thing in the morning the gardeners maintain the property with sweeping/pool cleaning etc so there are quite often people around working - not an issue for us, but just to be aware of it. And if you love to come and go as you please, or on the spur of the moment, the main gate constantly being locked could be a minor hindrance to that.

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!

Everything was fine, very comfortable the ideal place for the weekend to relax, the furniture is a bit old. My group is quite satisfied to gather

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
