Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Namib Desert

I actually don’t want too many other people to know about this place since it is the perfect stopover for travellers and I will definitely use it again. It was very spacious and the setting is getting you in the mood for a holiday. The big mystery for me was the price… I really expected much, much less. Hidden gem for sure!

Corna was extremely hospitable and responsive. It was a delight for us to stay by the ocean and hear the ocean, which is one of the best things in the world for me. The children enjoyed playing in the sea, and I enjoyed being able to wake early and sit by the water, while my sister enjoyed sitting by the seaside and watching the sun set. We regret not staying longer. The housekeeper was also very pleasant and wellmannered.

We absolutely enjoyed your stay .The house had everything we needed . A true gem close to the mall to grab necessities and walking distance from the beach .It ticked all the boxes to make our holiday in Namibia memorable . We’ll be back !

Great location and place. If you have a large group this spot has plenty of space without feeling crowded. Highly recommend.

Great stay, 18 days in total. Onsite caretaker was so helpful and very efficient. Location is easy to find off the main A1, central and easy access to city, Malls etc. Property is secure and easy shaded parking for cars. Long stay also had a great discount.

Wir haben uns bei Hester sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartment ist sehr hübsch und gepflegt. Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise von Cape Town nach Namibia eine Nacht verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Hester und Egon sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit!

Ich hatte einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Die Lage war für uns super und sehr ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft von Elsa, welche unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar war. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung! Das einzige kleine Manko war der Geruch vom Meer aus, sodass die Fenster die meiste Zeit zubleiben mussten.

Wir waren vier Wochen bei Eike zu Gast und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirklich geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Eike und die Leute von Perfect Stay haben uns jederzeit freundlich und prompt bei Rückfragen und kleinen Problemen unterstützt. Dass es bei der zentralen Lage nicht so still ist, wie auf einer Farm, war zu erwarten. Es ist keineswegs laut, aber natürlich hört man gelegentlich Geräusche von den Nachbargrundstücken und der Strasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Eike buchen.

Christel was the perfect host. She accomodated us on short notice for an early check in which was really very helpful. Great shopping centre close by with everything you will need and will. The location of the space is great, beautiful trees in the lovely suburb.

A great little place with everything you might need. A wonderul bathroom and kitchen for cooked meals. Wonderul host and experience all around.

Already my second stay with Irene and again everything was carefully prepared by Irene, she was quick to answer and it the appartment was perfectly clean and cozy just as I remembered it.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage! Eugene ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Internet ist nicht das schnellste, aber die Wohnung ist perfekt um Swakopmund zu erkunden :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Apartment von Anna. Es war super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist prima und in einer tollen Umgebung. Anna steht mit vielen Tipps zur Seite. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Riaan is a very personable, friendly host and the apartment is very pristine with lovely personal touches. The apartment is good value for money and the location is convenient to get to from the centre of town, while being peaceful and tranquil at the same time. Really highly recommend staying here and in my next trips to Bloemfontein, will be looking forward to staying here. Thanks for the great hospitality. Harry
