Perfect stay in a stunningly beautiful location. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, relaxing hot tub, ample outdoor furniture, and thoughtful indoor design. The views are second to none and sitting on the back porch drinking coffee and listening to the birds, playing board games, then exploring the beach teeming with beauty and life and dipping our toes in the sound are memories we’ll treasure forever. We hope to come back again — thank you!

This cottage was clean, safe, and just as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc and there was also a vacuum and mop for any spills. It was such a relief to be in a pet friendly space where my dog had the option to go out in a fenced yard (small, but still great). The neighborhood was calm and quiet and only ~20 mins from Olympia and ~50 mins from Tacoma. Thank you for a great stay, Shannon!

Craig’s place is like a mini-resort, hidden in the outskirts of Olympia. The main property presents you with a swanky luxurious house, full of tasteful art, woodwork and knickknacks. Here you can unwind and pamper yourself and your friends or family. Once you are ready to have a little adventure, go at the back and walk down the long wooden stairs where you will find a rustic cabin right on top of one the best sand beaches in Puget Sound. The cabin is a separate rental unit, but therein are about 6 or more kayaks, paddleboards, and a lone row boat which guests can use, free of charge! Craig on a rowboat was kind enough to guide me and my kids as we paddled on kayaks through the twist and turns of the hidden lagoon at the tip of the cove. We saw dense foliage, tall trees, and isolated houses at the edges of steep hills as we glided through the water. It was truly a beautiful and memorable experience. And Craig did it all for free! The place is a true, honest to goodness gem!

This was a great gateway location, quiet, and peaceful. We were visiting family so we're busy with other activities but our stay here was wonderful, wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities, fire pits etc. The home was very comfortable for family of four, clean, neat, plenty of seats for everyone to have their own little spot in the home. Kitchen area and bathroom super clean and newly renovated. Everything in the home was neatly labeled and has photos and bio descripted.

John met us with his wife, Julia's homemade cookies and a thorough explanation of the household necessities (heat, kitchen items, etc). We were a little chilly the first night waiting for the heat to warm everything up, but there were plenty of blankets, and once the heat evened out, everything was cozy. We did cook a little, and the kitchen was equipped with nearly everything we could have wanted (maybe a manual for the induction burner, lol). The bathroom shower water pressure was fantastic! Their location (garden, view of the Sound) is peaceful and gorgeous—wish we'd had more cooperative weather to enjoy the deck. Their place was centrally located to the hiking we were interested in doing, and John gave us more suggestions for future trips. This is a sweet little spot!

This place is amazing! Right on the sound, with an amazing variety of birds including a bald eagle, seals, and deer right there on the shore in the mornings. And still just 10 mins from downtown. Lovely house with lots of luxury touches, game room for the kids, great kitchen for cooking - really excellent stay!

This is a beautiful place! The area is peaceful and well maintained. It was cozy and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Nicole did a wonderful job stocking the basics ++. Loved the restaurant recommendations. Ate breakfast in Mossy Rock and had a family dinner at The Great China Wall. Excellent 4 night stay!

This was great for a quiet short-term getaway. We had a weekend of hiking and biking nearby and this was an ideal base for our activities. The space was clean, peaceful and cute. Bed was comfortable! The bathroom door is a sliding barn door and doesn't give a ton of privacy, just as an FYI. I will just mention that this is right next to another Airbnb cabin so it didn't feel as private as anticipated, but I couldn't hear the people in the other unit when they were inside. If someone chooses to sit out on the porch and chat or use the firepit out front, it might be a different story. You do also have to walk down a driveway and across a lawn to access the beach. Overall, this is a good spot to access nearby outdoor activities and have as a resting place. There are a lot of restaurant options super close by. Joelene was also very responsive and friendly over messages!
