The house is itself stunning - clean, neat and cozy and fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel like a true home away from home, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free stay from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better! The house offers stunning views, is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Sussex Inlet. Thank you, Sue and William—we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay in this lovely two bedroom home right on the canal in a quiet location was perfect. There is a tennis court and swimming pool at the site and the parking is very convenient right out front. The area is quiet and relaxing. The home is very clean and tidy it has every convenience you could need and very close to town. Will definitely stay again.

The 1960’s vibe of the house is fantastic. The location is brilliant with beaches near by and a very short drive into the local shops and various places to eat. The upstairs portion of the house with all round views is wonderful, bring your binoculars to make the most of it.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

The house was incredible for our Easter weekend away. Renee left us with a nice touch of placing Easter eggs around the house and little bunny footprints. The beds were incredibly comfy and we would 100% book the house again!

We loved our three-night stay with our pooch. The place was comfortable, tidy, and nicely styled. It is conveniently located close to Ulludulla—the Lagom bakery up the road has amazing almond croissants.

Very clean and serviceable. 2 of us stayed, but would be also comfortable for many more.

We have visited this place twice, and each time has been a wonderful experience. Tracey is incredibly responsive and approachable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

Accommodation could not fault, quiet are on the edge of town but still only a short walk into the town. Would highly recommend.

Stay in sussex was really great, it was a family trip and the environment, location, the house was really good. We all had a great time. Mainly the location is really good, just in front of the water, close to the markets and also all the amenities were available.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

Rowan and Maggie are wonderful hosts, extremely friendly, welcoming and flexible with our check in time. The place feels like a tree house and is better than the photos - the perfect vantage point for bird watching and only a short walk to the boardwalk. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to stay in and location is close to plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Also appreciated the supplied beach towels. Hope to return one day!

Our second stay and highly recommend. Beautiful styling, clean and well located. Lovely big bathroom, comfortable bed and all you need for a relaxing stay.

Wendy’s place was so lovely and comfortable, the back porch in the sun with a drink was to die for! The view was so pretty! Wendy was a great host and welcomed us with a cute sign with our names on it which was such a nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place, well presented and easy to find with all you need to keep the kids entertained and local restaurant was delicious. Will def be back if we’re back down there again. Michele and Darren were great and made it very easy in every way thanks again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Vicki and Lyle's place. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and place was really clean. There were really helpful clear instructions accompanied by photos on how to find the place and to get into the house. The location next to a lake and nearby walking track were a welcome bonus.

We loved our stay at Calm Waters. Very central to shops & restaurants, we loved swimming in the river opposite at high tide, mooring the boat out front & being able to take our dog! It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay and it was lovely looking out on the water. Very comfortable accommodation.

We had such a beautiful experience. Amazing space in such a wonderful location. Surrounded by all that green and nature and lake. We didnt leave the space, exactly where we wanted to park and enjoy some down time for a couple of days. The spa was so good. A bonfire to warm us up one eve and just an overall peaceful tranquil time. Already planning to come back! Thanks for sharing your space.

A beautifully appointed place a stones throw from the beach! Great for four adults and two kids for our Easter beach trip. Nicky and Anita were very helpful and communicative hosts. Would 10/10 recommend!

We had a lovely experience staying at Linda’s cottage. The location is beautiful and true to the pictures and description provided by Linda. Linda was also a great host and communicated with us promptly and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. The cottage was very cosy with all the amenities we could need for a short stay and and we felt comfortable right away. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to stay again in the future.
