Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Natchitoches Parish

We absolutely loved this little place! We booked it to come back in December to look at Christmas lights. Rachel gave us the details of how to get there and what to expect! We had a blast with our friends. We will be back and it was a breeze having a host like Rachel!

Great find in the heart of Natchitoches. Everything as pictured. Enough in kitchen to cook meals, very comfortable bed, blackout curtains a bonus. Nice supplied bath products. Ground coffee was available to use, and they had a bol of snacks waiting and water bottlesin the fridge. Free laundry facilities, quiet neighborhood, easy short walk to town. Friendly hosts, would stay here again and highly recommend this place

This historical location is easily walkable to the quaint shops and restaurants and waterfront areas of Natchitoches. The home is easy to find via apps and has recognizable “Cook” ironwork on the front and back gates. I loved being able to park two cars in the garage area. This home has large balcony areas facing both the street and the private courtyard. We had four people in our group, but my sense is that in addition to being used for smaller groups of up to 8, this space would be able to host larger gatherings in the outdoor courtyard. Again, I don’t know if such things are allowed, but it is something you could ask Alice about if you needed to have a reception or other event. There is a second kitchen off the courtyard and a half bath. There is also a half bath off the main sitting room upstairs and a full bath off of each bedroom. Alice was very responsive via Airbnb app and text when I had questions. She is helping me recover some items that were accidentally left behind.

This is a great place to stay we have stayed here many times and will again.

We would love to stay here again. Andrea obviously takes pride in her home and has gone to great lengths to make sure it’s beautiful and a pleasure to stay in. The beds ranged from firm to soft and all bedrooms were free of clutter. While the bedroom closest to the street may hear some traffic, it’s not bad after 10 PM and running the fan drowns it out. The master bedroom is so beautiful and practical at the same time, the bathroom feels like a spa. The best feature is the kitchen/living room which feels straight out of HGTV. While we didn’t cook, it would be a pleasure to use that well-organized, very clean kitchen. The deck is another great feature with plenty of space and a hot tub. The morning views over the river were so peaceful and a were a pleasure to enjoy with a morning cup of coffee. There is a (quiet) bar, cantina, and coffee shop less than half a mile away. Lots of cute shops along the riverside (where they filmed Steel Magnolias!) and plenty of charm.

Location was top-notch. Close enough to town but not so much as to be a disturbance. Will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend celebrating the wedding of our son and new daughter-in-law! Their wedding officiant and came to the house for the ceremony which they did right out on the dock. It was a beautiful setting for photos. We loved the house - everything was so clean and comfortable. The porch swing was lovely - a few more good rocking chairs would be great so everything can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the views from the porch. We loved the firepit and the availability of camp chairs to all sit around it. The dining room table was perfect for playing cards and enjoying meals together. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I don’t often leave a review, or want to necessarily go back to a specific Airbnb. But I would absolutely stay again sometime. All ages had a good time. The kayaks were fun. We fished, grilled, played darts and such. It did rain pretty hard for part of our stay but we hung out under the covered areas until it passed over. It was very relaxing out there. Plenty of places to sleep. Lots of nice little details. If you are looking for a river camp experience look no farther. This is the spot.

Kristin was the best host I have ever had with AIRBNB! She was responsive, helpful, made suggestions for my Daughter and I for things to do and places to eat. Her apartment was beautiful, clean, well equipped and walkable to shops, things to do and restaurants.
