Located on Europarcs, with all it’s facilities in reach (Supermarket, Restaurant,Tennis, Golf (9 holes), Swimming pool, beach volley field, pingpong table, alpaca’s, goats, chickens…). Let alone the proximity of a lake and a beach surrounding that lake, literally outside the door (2 mins walk)

Bei Tiny Flat 1 ist der Name Programm😊 Sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer (14 qm) eine Mini Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.

Sie wohnen zentral im Stadtteil Mülheim. In direkter Nachbarschaft finden sie eines der besten Restaurants der Region, das Restaurant Linde. Nur 100m entfernt, ist eine kleine aber feine Bäckerei. Wenige Schritte weiter eine nette Eisdiele. In wenigen Minuten per Rad erreichen sie den Rhein mit tollen Radwegen Richtung Koblenz oder Andernach.

Unsere frisch sanierte Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Lahn und das Schloss Oranienstein liegt am Sonnenhang. Auf dem Radweg R7 radeln Sie durch das schöne Lahntal 3 km bis in die Stadtmitte von Diez und 5 km in die Stadtmitte von Limburg an der Lahn. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch!
