james' place castle cottage

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Just to say Angela and James were the best hosts and we have stayed in our fair share of Airbnb’s. The photos just do not do this place justice, it was absolutely spotlessly clean throughout and so modern inside and out, it really was lovely vibe and we will definitely be back one day.

Tawe Cottage (Upton Hall Cottages)

KarimRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had an absolutely amazing stay! The highlight of the property was definitely the luxurious jacuzzi and the private swimming pool—both were incredibly clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing any time of day. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Doris Cottage, Hot Tub, 1 Bed, Barn Conversion

We stayed in Doris cottage over Easter weekend and had such a lovely stay. Debbie and Roger were both so friendly and welcoming and you can tell they take great pride in what they do. The cottage itself was so well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Truly a little piece of heaven and we cannot recommend enough. Can’t wait to come back!

The Hayloft @ Cantref

ConnorRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I've stayed in several places around the area over the years, This was a bit of a gem however. The site itself has plenty of amenities but is also very conveniently located. it's even well enough known in the community that restaurants can easily deliver. After a birthday spent walking the hills, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax and the house itself was wonderfully warm and well furnished. I would absolutely visit again and recommend to others.

Entire refurbished Mumbles Cottage with Hot Tub

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an excellent stay. All amenities were close by. The house was clean and everything we required was available. The hot tub was lovely. The walk to the beach was fine, but difficult if young kids were with you, or not reasonably fit. We would definitely stay again!

Forestry Cottage, Hot Tub, Gym, below Pen y fan

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a fantastic stay in the Brecon Beacons for the Easter holiday. Clare was a very welcoming host who provided easy to follow directions and a very hospitable welcome including fine cake and prosecco. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted with all the amenities described including gym and hot tub. The home is very well located for walking, it is even possible to walk to Pen y Fan directly from the house! A special thanks to her son-in-law T who was very helpful and enjoyable company!

Beudy Bach

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely long weekend at Beudy Bach. The host was helpful and communicative, check-in was quick and simple and we received a friendly welcome. The property was exactly as described online - a quaint converted barn in the middle of an active farm. Inside, the property was clean and well-presented with all the essentials and amenities that you could need. Everything in the property was in working order and as photographed, and it had a comforting, cosy feel. The property is in close proximity to many walking spots and beautiful parts of the country, all very dog friendly. We would highly recommend Beudy Bach. The only thing I will mention is that there is a long country road leading up to the property which is very uneven with a lot of potholes - as farm tracks often are! My car doesn't have great clearance and I did struggle to drive on this road and received a few scrapes and scratches as a result. But this didn't take away from the great experience that we had.

Ty Cerbyd | A Riverside Cottage for Nature Lovers

PayalRating, 5 stars48 months ago
Please don’t miss this! It is a perfect, quiet, exclusive set of cottages on a private farm. It is exactly as you see in the pictures and even more beautiful. The most gorgeous setting, beautiful sunsets and walks in nature. Conveniently located And yet so private. We loved our stay here and five nights seemed insufficient. Highly recommend the Swansea cottage homes, they are spacious, well equipped and we had a lovely stream running near our private sit out. A magical setting. Thank you for a relaxing, quiet, peaceful and lovely stay.

Hen Beudy: rural retreat in the Afan Valley

KatRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Group of us had great time in Hen Beudy. The place is exactly what we needed for trail running race in the area over the weekend. Very spacious house with lots of room, its warm, practical and clean with downstairs hard flooring. Relaxing in hot tub while watching green surroundings was lush after running those hills. It is in very peaceful location with no other houses just the forest so very quiet. Plenty to do in the area, weekend is not long enough. Phil and Debbie are great hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go back to stay there again.

Bryn Teg House Accommodation in the Afan Valley

RosieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Really lovely Airbnb for the price and spent a wonderful New Year in Cymmer! Will just warn that if you're not used to driving up steep hills, it can be a bit of a shock, especially getting to the car parking behind the house, but it's the Valleys so it'll be like that everywhere! Would recommend arriving in the daylight. But generally easy to find and wonderful location - lovely pub not far away that used to be a railway station!

Cosy stone cottage surrounded by nature

JocelynRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Good facilities, peaceful, good ambience, warm and cozy. It was a bit hard to find the turnoff when we arrived in last light - it did help to read the detailed location information that our hosts had sent, and to put the actual street address they sent us into Google.

Greenheart Cottage

LeatitiaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an fantastic week in the valley. There is some beautiful walks in the national park right on the doorstep and we enjoyed the coastal area and amazing beach in Fort Talbot. The cottage is a beautiful project done up by two local brothers who converted an old pup. It is comfortable, modern and the views over the valley is gorgeous. Not really knowing what to expect, we returned with all expectations exceeded! Thank you Dylan and Tom.

The cottage is very well restored and decorated with some great history. Can see that the host Phil has put in a lot of effort in getting it to where it is today along with making strides in sustainability. The host is also very friendly, approachable and very responsive. Will definitely visit Phil again and also recommend it.

3 Bed in Brecon Beacons National Park (92798)

MattRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Words cannot describe the beauty of this great find. The house was spotless, and so comfortable. The hosts had made some very welcoming touches from milk on arrival, a lockable shed for the bikes, a sandwich box and dog blankets. The simplicity of the house made it so warm and friendly, i genuinely felt at home immediately. The beds were like clouds, and waking up to the lambs every morning made me stay in my cloud longer! It was incredibly private and perfectly safe for my 5 year old daughter to run about outside ( and feed the horse) . Easy reach to the many waterfalls and mountain walks. The local restaurant did an amazing carvary which filled me up for days. I would definitely recommend… thank you.
