Vacation rentals with beach access in Negros

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

Great location and a nice room in a good building with all the amenities. We made good use of the pool but the beach a d shared pool is very nice also. it will cost you 350 pesos but it's worth the 15 minute walk. Make sure you ask about the pool pass at the front desk because we only found out about it a week later when we got asked at the pool.

Had an amazing stay. The rooms are beautiful, cool, and smells good. Perfect for resting after your busy days in Siquijor. Also the staff here are just wonderful. I can't thank enough for being such accommodating hosts. Will surely recommend this place to my friends and family

Love the place. It is walking distance to the beach and very safe because outside is the Barangay hall already. It is just a bir far to the Tawala beach if you want to go to Panglao. But it has its own beach where you can access by walking also. I love it and will stay here always whenever im in Bohol. Thank you also to the owner for being easy to talk with.

Anton is the best host we’ve ever had! He was incredibly kind, hospitable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for our stay. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to explore, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. Anton’s attention to detail and his genuine care for his guests made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here – Anton is not just a great host, but also a wonderful person!

The place was very nice , and much more good in reality . The condo was very clean and neat , it has a equipment that you needed , it also smells good 😊 especially their bathroom . The Host was very active and communicates well , if you have issues or concern you can easily contact them. Maybe in the future we can book again ❤️.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. I love everything about my stay at Evangeline’s place - It’s above 5 Stars. We felt at home during my stay , the staff’s( Lezel, Arlene and all others ) services were above and beyond - they were always assisting whenever you need help -very warm and friendly people. The house is so clean and, spotless. The house is located by the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves that provide so much serenity especially at night- super romantic ! My whole family really had so much fun during their stay . Since we were not familiar at the location, the Host was very helpful assisting whatever we needed by referring us ( Massage , Private Chef - the best cook , and others )! Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

Juren’s place was very nice. Very comfortable bed, and linens. A great place to relax to. Outside was also breathtaking with lots of nature and fresh air. The staffs and guards were also very kind to us. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxing stay. Thanks again Juren! ❤️

Good for both short and long term stay. There is hot water, good wifi, the oven was a gem in the appartment, I appreciated it so much. There is a big pool, I didn't have a chance to use it, but looked nice.

Jan's place was gorgeous, clean and smelled really nice. there was an issue with the a/c dripping when i walked in but it was fixable by just wiping it. i just told her about it and she was always responsive. the guitar in the unit was a bonus as my hubby actually used it a bit. my kids enjoyed the pool and my hubby and i enjoyed how close all the restaurants and 7/11/market are for some basic needs. would stay again and totally recommend all her units. thanks again!
