Villa Colina del Mar is divided into 2 apartments in a large villa. Hang out together around the pool or sunbathe on your own private terrace. The villa is only 4 minutes from the beach on foot. The location is amazing because of the panoramic views, the spaces, the seclusion and the sun of course! It's close enough to the city center for evenings out but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course, fast Wi-Fi with good coverage everywhere.

Casita Blanca | Beautiful house with sea view

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June 2025. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Nice apartment, located in one of the best areas of Nerja, right next to the beach, close to everything, but in a closed community, with pool and really quiet. Stay close to everything without all the noise of Nerja Downtown. The apartment is really nice, recently redecorated, bright, spacious, it has an amazing terrace to enjoy the wonderfull Costa del Sol weather. There is Air Conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area.
