Waterfront vacation rentals in Nessebar

It is really amazing, spacious apartment with beautiful views. You can relax on the terrace or balkonies, observe nature: sea and forest. This place let you contemplate restful atmosphere. You have also a nice swimming pool and private beach. I have been there twice and I am pretty sure that I will come back.

We were staying in a 2-bedroom apartment that was brand new. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine,dishwasher, toaster, kettle, as well as all kinds of spices, coffee,tea. There is air conditioning in each of the rooms. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The beach is about 100 meters away. We thank the owner for booking us a parking spot in a parking lot near the apartment. Greetings and see you soon :)

Martin 's Apartment was everything advertised and even more. we did not check in until 11.45pm due to flights and there was a present surprise in the fridge for us, bottle of wine, nice cakes & 2 bottles of water. The views are stunning from the apartment and there is a corner shop 3 minutes walk,. for an evening bigger shopping experience there is a full size supermarket within 14 walk. From this supermarket you can also catch the local bus to Sunny Beach & Nessebar. bus no 5 & 8 ( 2 lev each way ) if one prefers there is a taxi stand 5 minutes from apartment. Also room to park a car if you have one hired. we eat at some local restaurants and the food was wonderful. I nearly forgot to mention the pool, local beach 4m walk. & one can also catch the water taxi to Nessebar. 10m walk from the apartment.we reached out to Martin on 3 occasions and he came straight back with advise.I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to anyone. Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Superb place with a sea view! Our stay in this apartment was a real pleasure! The location is great — a few minutes walk to the sea. The apartment is very bright, clean and extremely stylish design. Every detail is tastefully soaked, from the decoration to the amenities. You can tell that the hosts have put a lot of attention and care into making you feel at home. It had everything we needed from a comfortable kitchen, to a comfortable bed, to little things that made the stay special, quality towels, nice coffee and tea. We lacked nothing. Everything was prepared for you to fully rest and enjoy the sea atmosphere. The host was accommodating, communication was quick and pleasant, and check in and out went without any difficulty. We would happily come back again! I recommend with both hands to anyone looking for coziness, style and sea at your fingertips.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Eleonora's place - it was easy to find, at a very good location in the old town of Sozopol, clean and comfortable room. Eleonora is a great host - quick to respond to our requests, very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic location directly on the sea, very friendly neighbors, extra praise to the great service in the restaurant directly in the house - we had a great week and can highly recommend the accommodation!

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

Best place in sunnybeach if you don't mind the noise.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

Where to start, right from booking the apartment (5 week stay) Angie was right there to help, any questions or queries we had were answered immediately,She even arranged our return taxis. The local knowledge she shared helped us enormously. The apartment was super clean (and I'm fussy) and very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony is not overlooked a 360 view of the sea and beach, it offer's Sun and shade,with gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Ravda has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops and only a short bus ride to the waterpark and the old town of Nessebar. Should we return to Ravda we would definitely book Angie's apartment without hesitation.
