Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur. Genieße den Blick auf die Pferde, Ponys, Hühner, Enten oder einfach die Wildvögel. Im Wintergarten ist der Blick in alle Richtungen einfach nur schön und bei gutem Wetter ist beim verweilen auf der Terrasse bestimmt auch ein Pferd beim schmatzen zu hören. In nur 3km Entfernung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und 7km sind es bis in die Innenstadt von Wismar. Alles auch über einen Radweg zu erreichen.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))
