Walk out the door and you are in downtown Nevada City with its wonderful array of cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. Within a few minutes' drive are numerous hiking trails and river swimming holes, and everywhere the beautiful natural surroundings of the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

The property also features a fully fenced yard, allowing children or pets to run around safely.

Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.
