Vacation rentals with a patio in New Haven

The place looks exactly like the photos - which is great. It’s comfortable and well decorated. The bed is comfortable, the fridge keeps things cold, everything operated as expected. There was always a parking space nearby for me. There’s a great coffee shop, Brewha, perfect for a pick up in the morning. The hosts are responsive and understanding. The location is superb. I don’t have anything negative to say and many more positive things I could add but I’m sure I just can’t think of them right now. Next time in town I hope I can stay there again!

Brisa’s property was wonderful, and communication with Brisa was seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a great visit with family and friends in the area. The home was convenient to a local grocery and walking path. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We looking to using the home again when we are in the area.

I knew my stay would be great but, but this place exceeded my expectations. Great location and very comfortable, has everything you would need for a short stay or if you need a place for a longer trip. And as usual Haley goes above and beyond to make the rental feel like home. Can’t wait to return and book again!

This is nice charming place in a nice neighborhood. The upstairs is a very large converted attic, which is twice the size of the modest downstairs. I would say this could be problematic, however, for the very young or the elderly, as the stairs are quite steep and a little challenging if you don't hold onto the railings. it's a great character home.

This was our second time staying here, and we will absolutely be back. The hosts always make us feel right at home, and we LOVE all the thoughtful local touches and shout-outs. They go above and beyond to provide so many basic necessities, making sure their guests have everything they need. This will always be one of our favorite places to stay!

This home was stunning and so comfortable. The owner let us check in just a little earlier so that we could have dinner ready for my Fort Wayne family. It was very gracious of her and just made our stay even better. She responded immediately to our questions. The beds were so comfortable and the linens pristine. I visit my family in Fort Wayne often and I hope I can book this property again and again

We rented this house for a youth group retreat and it was perfect! Plenty of room to hang out! Great backyard too. Plus they left us snacks! Checkout was super easy too. Anytime I had questions they replied to my texts immediately. Highly recommend! We plan on coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Serenity on Saint Joe’s! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home. Abby was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to answer our questions. The location was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the cozy decoration and comfortable living room. We highly recommend Serenity at St Joe’s and would stay there again.

Typically I only leave reviews when an experience is awful or awesome. In this case it was awesome! The hosts are wonderful, the house is warm and cozy, and the location is great. There are a ton of amenities in the house and everything is labeled, I mean everything... if there is a chance you might hav a question about it, the hosts have probably labeled it already. Would highly recommend.

Really cool place with a nice deck and easy reserved parking. Julie's artwork and style give it great energy, and it's walkable to a few cool eclectic spots. I will definitely try to stay here anytime I head to Ft. Wayne.

Wish I could have stayed longer! It’s so nice and the location was fantastic, close to the venue of the concert we were going to. Super cozy, would love to return!
