The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.

The cottage has a living room with terrace and lounge area in extension, a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom. We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included.
