Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included.
