The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bedding, for a surcharge of DKK 200 per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and a trip trap chair. Bedding and towels included in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our road, the bus runs to Rønne / Airport

Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The 80 sqm. brewery is the original farm's fireplace for cooking, etc. Today, it is a unique home for 2 people and consists of an entrance hall with the old oven and access to a new toilet and bath as well as the home with dining, living and sleeping areas. There is ample space for 2 people. Here, the ceiling is high with beautiful beamed ceiling and sandstone floors from the quarry with underfloor heating. Outside, there are beautiful seating tables in the beautiful cobblestone courtyard with barbecue and direct access to the parks.

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

The cottage also has a cozy annex with 3 beds, kayak and child-friendly equipment. Shopping is only 5 kilometers away in Snogebæk, a cozy fishing village with eateries, a harbor and some shopping. Cultural activities are in the local surroundings - the Kanonstillingen, the lighthouse and the sandbanks - come and experience beautiful Bornholm

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). You can see the playground from the terrace in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people. There is a wood-burning stove. TV with Danish and German channels, fiber internet in the summer months Shared outdoor swimming pool in the summer months, approximately 06/15 to 09/08 Volleyball court, petanque, small soccer field Approximately 350 meters to the sandy beach. Electricity consumption is payable. Read on arrival and departure.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

🌿 Hyggeligt lille sommerhus i den skønneste natur – beliggende på en blind vej , her er stemning af fred og idyl. Naturgrund med hyppige besøg af dyr som ugler , rådyr, fasaner og egern. Hund er velkommen. En lille del af grunden er indhegnet. Gode muligheder for gode gå ture i skov og til strand. Du er ca 1 km fra Snogebæk som byder på de bedste is, lækker fish & Chips, gode fiskefrikadeller, god kaffe, skøn chokolade, sprøde pizzaer, hygge og stemning.

The Guest

Vores lille gæstehus er i gang med en større forvandling til et magisk sted. Imens vi arbejder på at få istandsat facaden og på sigt istandsat badeværelset udlejer vi det lille hus. Gæstehuset indeholder et smukt lyst soveværelse med kig til vores vilde have, et nyt dejligt køkken, spisestuen/opholdsrum med sovesofa og eget toilet og bad. Huset ligger centralt i Nexø og er tæt på handle muligheder, butikker og offentlig transport.

Dejligt og rummeligt sommerhus i Snogebæk beliggende 300 m fra havet. Huset ligger i gåafstand til en af Bornholms bedste badestrande og i hyggelige Snogebæk findes et udvalg spisesteder og små butikker. Huset er et charmerede gammelt bindingsværkshus på 140 kvm. Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.
