Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Østerli Farm Glamping is a 30 m2 canvas tent furnished with beds and tables as well as basic necessities such as an electric kettle and refrigerator. There is room for four, but best for two. Next to the tent, you will find the private terrace with a fire pit and grill from which the beautiful view of the fields can be enjoyed. Close to Nexø, Aarsdale and wonderful Svaneke. All offer beautiful shops, restaurants and cafes. Østerli is located with Paradisbakkerne in the backyard. Here you will find both crevices and wild nature.

The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and right of use to all common areas, such as courtyard, park, lake, etc.

Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine

Cozy apartment near the beach

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
