The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 DKK per person

The 80 sqm. brewery is the original farm's fireplace for cooking, etc. Today, it is a unique home for 2 people and consists of an entrance hall with the old oven and access to a new toilet and bath as well as the home with dining, living and sleeping areas. There is ample space for 2 people. Here, the ceiling is high with beautiful beamed ceiling and sandstone floors from the quarry with underfloor heating. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, the second largest city in Bornholm, which has plenty of shopping opportunities, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
