Vacation rentals with a sauna in Nicoya Peninsula

Sharon and Eduardo are great hosts and pretty communicative. The property is amazing and has great views from the different rooms. All the items and stuff in the property are in excelente conditions, like new. Everything was absolutely clean. Definitively this is a great place to disconnect, feel peace and brief new air and totally secure.

We really enjoyed our stay, great hosts. They have 2 lovely dogs as well, they have it setup so that a gate separates the garden in two. They won’t go around the pool area but we opened the gate for Rio the Border Collie to hang out, very friendly and quiet dogs. Quiet and super close to the beach, walk 100 meters you are at a supermarket, next 100 meters you are already at the beach! The house has everything needed to cook and even a nice TV. Rooms and common areas all like in the pictures. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

This place is phenomenal! Super quiet, away from the tourist areas. Makes for a great home base. It’s not in walking distance to Santa Ana, but we preferred that as it was much quieter and peaceful. Would have loved to stay longer. Thanks for a great stay!

El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo y muy limpio. Fui con mi familia y la pasamos muy bien!!

Our experience: 2.5/3 stars, but, with the right research it would be 4/5. The condo is a 5. The amenities are a 5. But you NEED a car or a golf cart. The great: small pool close by is awesome and empty. The beach club is cool, and has a very nice restaurant and gorgeous two pools, all of which becomes sweltering if it is hot outside. Beach is beautiful and condo guests have access to lounge chairs. The golf course was nice but just too hot to play. Shuttle responds quickly and will take you anywhere within the resort. The trails were a nice added benefit. The bad: VERY long, difficult walk to the beach club. You need a car or cart or the shuttle. If hotels are busy, condo guests cannot use the restaurants. You’ll need a car to get to Brasilito or Playa Flamingo or Tamarindo for great food or any activities unless you only want the beach club or to cook at home. Taxis are very expensive and not easy to arrange. With a car and a cart at a cooler time of year it’s a solid 5.

Amazing place to stay within Reserva Conchal. Property is on ground floor, with amazing patio overlooking the golf coarse and ocean. Very clean and fully furnished. Board games and DVD videos are provided for kids for those rainy days. The pool is a short 1-2 minute walk. There is a free shuttle service that will take you anywhere on the property including the beach. There are amazing hiking and biking trails within the reserve. Brasalito is also a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride where there are plenty of restaurants, and shops. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!

Lovely well stocked apartment. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds. Reserva Conchal sits on the best beach and beach club is great. Highest recommendation.

We really enjoyed our time at Patricia‘s unit. The unit was bigger than we anticipated, bright and clean. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, and cleaning closet. The beds were really comfortable. Lots of extra towels. Adixa was excellent in getting us settled into the unit. The beach club is awesome. You call for the shuttle and it arrives within the time they quote usually 5 to 10 minutes. The staff at the beach club were excellent. Great gym and a spa. The restaurant at the beach club has good food and pretty reasonable. The beach was accessible to the resort and had kayaks and paddle boards available at no cost. There were Trek bikes available too. We did venture to the all-inclusive Westin hotel for a meal and it was more expensive but good. The shuttles will take you there. We enjoyed our time here and hope to return.

Beautiful house, in a great community(Mar Vista) it was close to everything you need. Lovely host(Alejandra) who was always there if you needed guidance. Home was as described, very cozy.. gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset from both sides. The ice plunge and sauna were an amazing addition to our little wellness retreat. Very clean.. it didn’t feel like you were in someone else’s home, more like your own.. therefore very hard to leave.

Es una casa muy bien equipada para pasar unos días tranquilos en familia. El hecho de que la casa cuente con dos apartamentos es muy conveniente. La vista es impresionante, teniendo la Laguna del Arenal como vista principal y la zona de Tilaran al fondo. El entorno es tranquilo. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina por mal clima, pero definitivamente en otros momentos es una amenidad muy valorable. Con respecto al acceso hasta la propiedad, logramos entrar con un carro pequeño y bajo si ningún inconveniente. Entiendo que antes 4x4 era requerido, pero hoy ya no es necesario ya que hicieron las reparaciones necesarias para que cualquier vehículo ingrese. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con el Internet en la zona de la casa. En la zona de los apartamentos si hubo problemas, que reporte a nuestra salida con algunas soluciones, y me indicaron que las tomarían en cuenta. Definitivamente es un lugar al que regresaría.

This place was fantastic! Super clean and comfortable, a short drive to the beach, and a beautiful location. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I felt right at home. Some highlights of the place: the incredible views of the mountains, colourful lights & art displays, on site restaurant with delicious authentic food. We even got a sound bath & energy healing session from ashmin, it was magical! 10/10 recommend this air bnb to anyone! Thank you & we will return next time!!

Probably one of the most luxurious places I’ve stayed in. Serene, immaculate and views were amazing.

Mike and Jennifer for unbelievable hosts They were very proactive and responsive every day of our vacation. We even got a flat tire and Mike made sure we were taken care of until the tire was changed. Appreciate everything they did. It was our first time to Costa Rica and we will definitely be back.

Joel and his crew are amazing to work with! They were a fantastic help in coordinating all things to do with our trip. 10/10 recommend Joel and the Vida Pinilla crew!

the house and surroundings are 5 star but above and beyond was the staff member, Jennifer, being on site and keeping the house as beautiful as the photos every day of our stay. Also, the host was very helpful to our questions and requests. very premier service all around.
