Vacation home accommodations in Nicoya Peninsula

The house & location are amazing, you literally feel like you have your own beach in the middle of paradise, but also all of the conveniences you need like a variety restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores and even a hardware store are only less than a 5 minute drive away. The baby turtle sanctuary is only a 5 minute drive away and we got to see one of my bucket lists, we got to release baby turtles and watch them waddle their way to the ocean! The whole house had a water filter and reverse osmosis water so we were able to have safe and wonderful drinking water the entire trip and saved loads of money just refilling our water w/ regular cheap water bottles that we bought day one some of us brought our Yeti/Stanley cups. The pool is a perfect dip pool for when you get hot, and at low tide, which is everyday. The smooth sandy beach is a dream! We looked at tons of other beachfront properties but this was the only one that actually had a sandy swimmable beach! House is perfect!

I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Freddy’s place. He’s a great host. The pool is lovely and the property is surrounded by nature. The house is comfortable and cozy with lots of outdoor space. This is our favorite place to stay when we are working in the area.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

Es un espacio limpio, ordenado, claro y acogedor. Hermosa vista tuvimos un atardecer inolvidable y pasaron Lapas rojas varias veces frente al balcón. La piscina muy limpia y bien cuidada.

What a beautiful property. I can’t speak highly enough of Paul, Rosie and their beautiful property. The location is stunning, away from the crowds, the grounds are beautiful and the house is perfect. We awoke to jungle sounds every morning, enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony, spent time in the pool which is fabulous, and enjoyed the best hospitality from Paul and Rosie, ably helped by their wonderful dogs! Breakfasts were delicious, and real treat to get up to each morning, and we booked a couple of dinners which were equally delicious. Rosita’s is the perfect private restaurant to enjoy them in. Paul went above and beyond to welcome us to his home and help us explore the surrounding area. Our children loved playing with the friendly dogs, and milking cow in the morning was a lovely experience for them. Paul also booked several trips for us which were exactly what we wanted, and the onsite tour of the ranch is highly recommended. I would happily recommend CRR to anyone.

We were accommodated last minute which was amazing. The place was clean, quiet and modern in a great location_ we walked downtown and to the beach everyday and it is right by the night market on Thursdays. Thank you for the awesome stay we had a great time

This was our first time in La Fortuna and in Costa Rica, we chose to stay at this beautiful Airbnb and had a great stay. The place was close to everything nearby (we did have a rental car but everything was within 30 mins or less). The views were awesome and the outdoor shower and jacuzzi were such great touches to make the Airbnb feel worth the price and different from the others. It was a little tough to find the first time we got there but after that Miguel and the team were quick responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay again!

L’endroit et le logement de Erin étaient supers! La qualité des installations, le lit, la salle de bain, la cuisine, les electros et la PISCINE, tout était au top niveau. Vu la durée de notre séjour (15 jours), nous avons apprécié le fait d’être dans un environnement de qualité et très fonctionnel. Franscico qui s’occupait du logement fut très utile en nous expliquant les alentours et en nous donnant plusieurs conseils, que ce soit pour des restos ou activités à faire. This house surpassed our expectations. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located, private, comfortable and safe. We loved the local beach Playa Carrillo. There were so many lovely touches to the property, such as beach towels and plenty of towels, all folded into lovely sculptures such as flowers and birds. The e host was really responsive and nothing too much trouble.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, just a few minutes’ walk from the expansive beach. The two rooms, each with a private bathroom, were very comfortable. The house was well equipped, and communication was smooth and uncomplicated. Highly recommended.

Un lugar muy bonito con una ubicación inmemorable; muy cerca de las mejores playas de la zona como Cabuyal, Nacascolo, Virador, etc. Nuestra estadía en "Quedare aquí" fue un 10/10. Un sitio muy acogedor y cómodo, pero lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial, fue la hospitalidad de Roberto y Luis. Son unos excelentes anfitriones, que siempre estuvieron muy atentos y muy anuentes a ayudaron con todo.

En el lugar encontré todo lo necesario para la estancia. Y agradezco la atención que me prestaron en realidad no requerí realizar preguntar ya que la guía con la información es muy clara y tiene lo que se requiere. Me gusto mucho el área común del lugar.

Everything about our stay was smooth and easy. The place had all the items we needed for meals and going to the grocery store or beach. We had an amazing recommendation to attend a sea turtle release happening about 20min away that was unexpected and loved by our whole family. We will recommend and hopefully stay again at this place!

We loved staying here. The pool was fantastic as well as the units. The on site hosts were super helpful in setting up excursions and telling us where we could find monkey's! Great place
